  I bet my last pesewa that Ghana can rake in a million dollar each day from 'ghetto' taxes had we regulated it in a criminalised manner for recreational use.Is it news that many prominent people in Ghana including politicians, judges, military officers, police gurus et al smoke wee?Thw state is only making our police service corrupt by making marijuana smoking and usage criminal.Police officers go around ghettoes everyday collecting bribes and this is general knowlesge.
