A place like Accra is a disgrace and an eyesore. Marketplaces are dirty with no one responsible for the collection of borla. No borla bins anywhere. The assemblies are so corrupt.
As for Accra the least said about it the better. It's an embarrassment of a capital city. Receiving and taking your visitors from abroad can be f....ng embarrassing. You always have to tell lies to cover the shame.
If she is not paying her taxes take her to court. You don’t have any right to lock her shop
