The statistics is not bad as compared to the population in the region, however, I do agree that a lot of these accidents could have been prevented and/or the lives saved. It does seem like Boakye is on to something so let us ...

U CANT CALL FOR DRIVERS TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY IN SUCH A SITUATION. THEY WONT. WE NEED MORE DECENTRALIZATION IN GH. THE REGIONAL TRANSPORT N ROADS MINISTRY, THE REGIONAL MINISTER N THE KUMASI MAYOR MUST SIT DOWN COME UP WITH CONCRETE WAYS TO CUT DOWN THE NUMBER OF ACCIDENTS N STUPID DEATHS, CARNAGE ON THESE STREETS.

DRIVERS MUST HAVE PROPER DRIVER LICENSES.
ALL VEHICLES MUST PASS MANDATORY SAFETY CHECKS BEFORE THEY R REGISTERED WITH THE REGIONAL DEPT OF MOTOR VEHICLES. SAFETY CHECK INSPECTIONS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM DESIGNATED MECHANIC SHOPS ALL OVER THE REGION. ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE INSURANCE. NO INSURANCE, NO LICENSE, NO SAFETY CHECK STICKER, NO VEHICLE REGISTRATION, SIMPLE. WAT IS THE REGIONAL LAW ON THIS ISSUE?

Tefle, which has 99.99% population of Ewes had more murders than any other village or city in Ghana last year. Need I say more about the true behaviour of Trokosis? STAY AWAY FROM NON EDUCATED OR ILLITERATE EWES AND GAS!
