    Look weed out the corrupt ones and also let the superiors not sex the ladies underthem for the sake of promotions.

    rrretire those over-aged police officers and let in new officers with strict instructions not to take bribe from their junior officers before permitting them on patrol duties, this can reduce crime.

    the police should invite pictures from citizens about police collecting bribes and we will send then to the police. Accept mobile phone pictures of police accepting bribes or voice recordings of police bargaining.
