Look,the lawyer on "stat quo"should bare in mind that,this case involve the loss of humans and so,defending the Melcom isnt be a denial but, he should also consider the loss of human factor and not consider the greedy part of it but should think about the ordinary ghanaians searching for a bread and butter to feed their family and in the end met thier tragic death..Compensation need to take place,panalty of poor structure need to set in..People involved the approved structure need to brought to justice..ban on high stuctures used as a warehouse need to be banned..and finally,the operators of Melcom Inc.need to be investigated if the whole scenario is set up or Conspiracy theories to commit fraud

You don't go through the backdoor just because you know your opponent has less disadvantage, this is the exact proplem with Africans. Who knows if Mahama would have won the elections without fraud, but that fraudulent deal with Afari Gyan was hatched by Atta Mills long before Mahama and he decided to continue with it, bringing Ghana to its demise we see today.
