The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. Obviously, if there are or were two lawyers by the same name, they will have different dates of birth and probably attended different schools and qualified or called to the Bar as lawyers on different dates, though being called to the Bar on the same date or year is possible. So Nana Akufo Addo cannot impersonate him even if the other WAD Akufo-Addo is dead.

He cannot be too big to personally respond to the allegations which impugn his personal intergrity. Remember that when Nana was described as a heavy drinker, Jake came to say that Nana is a complete teetotaler. Yoo, brace yourself for this. Jake is himself rather a heavy drinker and has to be carried home whenever he sees drinks. So it is like the mouse taking the cat as a witness in his case. Just let Nana tell us his classmates at the Law School. if indeed he did the post call, who are some of the prsons he did so with. As for the Sam Okujeto and others, they better take caution. They cannot say because Nana has been involved in supposedly landmark cases and all including his being the President of the Greater Accra Bar, he is necessarily a lawyer. Surrogates like judge Duncan are the reason the people think the allegations have some truth in it.
They should either allow Nana Addo himself to speak or allow the courts to judge.
No matter how much justice Kpegah is vilified, the truth still needs to be heard.
NanaAddo is of age let him speak for himself; I have been consistent about this.

Nana Akuffo Addo worked in a firm both in France and London as a paralegal (legal assistant) but not as a lawyer, then he learning on the job does not make him a professional and qualified lawyer; you have to pass professional exams as we...ll.
Now, if Nana can rise up to the task, to challenge John mahama and the EC at the Supreme court, claiming the 2012 general elections at various polling stations were fraud, marred with irregularities, not free and fair and does not reflect the verdict of the people of Ghana, then it is equally fair and just for him to be humbly sued for holiding himself as a qualified lawyer.
On the other hand, If Justice Kpegah, for all this while knows that Nana is not a qualified lawyer, then he should also be equally sued for aiding and abetting and perverting the course of justice in the cases that Nana Akuffo Addo presented himself as a defence or a prosecution counsel before him. All those who lost their cases with Justice kpegah as the presiding Judge, should also sue both Nana Akuffo Addo and Justice Kpegah.
