NPP should give us a break. People are not as gullible as they sadly think.

The Supreme Court should have ruled by now, in fact long time ago, as demonstrated in the case of Gore Vs Bush, or as Kenya's Supreme Court did. This grandstanding by our Justices and all the delay tactics by Attorneys on both sides - NDC, NPP, and so forth only goes to prove the standard "colonial mentality" of embellishing everything in Ghana. We overdo everything because we are always copying others and not wont to be creative and innovative by our own standards. This case is a perfect and direct example of our downfall; we take for ever to accomplish any feat - we are held in the throes of constant procastination... and frankly that is our undoing in Ghana and Africa. This case should have been settled in January!!

How on earth are these surrogates of affidavits-proper certificates less Petitioners think the rest of the country is at all. Those mislabelling boxes of pink sheets are nothing but what Tsatsu Tsikata has unearthed, exposed and shredded in the open air and day light with all the categorical statements and answers certifying to the numerous duplications and quadruplications of the so called pink sheets done intentionally to make their case look "robust and genuine". While God Almighty is with Tsatsu, he exposed the bad faith brought to bear on EQUITY in the court, that if its mistakes the NPP is pointing to in the NDC strong holds, a number of such serious one's occurred in the NPP's stronghokld as well.

Why are some running away from the cross examination??? But there are 3 different main Petitioners and not only Dr. Bawumiah> This will hide a lot of information from the Respondents. We cannot as people rush and escape the proper justice, a wheel of which grinds more slowly.

And it is a fact that in Ghana, only one person has declared all-die-be-die, and that is Nana Addo. Yet, people ignored the prophet's message from God and followed him. And like Gaff rightly observed, all persons who were very gentle have become monsters, e.g. Nana Akomeah.

Nana Addo's violent character influences those who associate with him. And without exception, born gentlemen like Akomea have changed beyond recognition.

And his violent nature acts as a magnet attracting violent person to him. Don't you see how violent characters have all filtered to Nana: Owusu Bempah from NDP, Frances Essiam from NDC, Abu Ramadan from PNC, Kofi 123 from CPP etc. Persons with the greatest nuisance value in Ghana all gravitate towards Nana Addo.

All the 3 lawyers could not refute any of the allegations. The best they were able to do was to admit them and renamed the allegations an administrative errors. Instead of fighting against the allegations. they have spent all their time on mislabeling, duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate, and probably fiveplicate pink sheets. I asked myself, what does all these questions about the duplicates have to do with the issues npp brought to court? If NPP really did give to the SC over 11k pink sheets, then the ruling is clear that ndc will go down with the president.

You do not get it. There is no country on earth that has conducted an election that was 100% free of any irregularities or happenstance. How much is too much is what will determine if the Supreme Court will find it necessary to overturn the elections results or have the elections rerun; that is what you are not seeing.

What the Lawyers are doing is accepting that like in Florida's hanging Chads, there were some irregularities, they call errors, then chip away on the evidence to cast doubt on the evidence presented by the Petitioners to make the evidence irrelevant or to be seen as diluted evidence which will become unaccepted in any Court.

As the evidence goes, so does the case. Do you know why OJ Simpson was acquitted in his murder trial? If the glove does not fit then you must acquit. Bad evidence, bad case! That is the strategy you do not see.
