The only viable rule from the S.C right now should be a re-run. We are in the 21st century but it's a disgrace how Ghana's S.C is handling the case. It's pathetic, no true leadership exhibition and rules that are set for the case are sometimes walked over with no discipline to the so - called tsikata. Corruption in the present governing government is crippling Ghana but thank God Ghana has some well educated youths who are not swayed by the criminal acts of these so - called ndc lawyers. The voice of the people is the voice of God. The people of Ghana need to come together with one voice to call for a re-run with intense surveillance of the election.

It is so sad that Ghanaians in the diaspora now invest in South Africa instead of Ghana. The simple truth is that, Ghanaians in the diaspora are loosing faith in Ghana's system. The system is filled with dirty politics and stupid antics filled with rapacious propensities of these ndc folks grabbing whatever they can. The future of Ghana is in the hands of the youth, the voices of the youths need to be heard now more than ever to protect what our forefathers fought to protect. We need Ghana back from these crooks for Ghanaians to trust the system once again.

This all part of NDC's ploy to buy time; they're using variable tricks to by way of delay tactics. Very soon, Tsatsu Tsikata will point his attention to the Supreme Court Justices, demanding the removal of certain Justices because as he would indicate, those Justices won't favour the NDC's cause in this hearing. As I pointed our earlier, it's a ploy by the NDC, by using clever delay tactics here.

He did the same thing during his trial and incarceration. He had the audacity to demand the removal of some judges. The court had time and patience for him till final ruling. He was pardoned by ex-Prez. Kuffour, on the grounds of ill-health, else he would have still been languishing in jail. The same man thinks he's clever. After going through the set of new pink sheets, the man will demand from the court to grant him the time to produce another batch of new pink sheets for examination, just to cause more delays. Meanwhile, everyone, esp. the Justice Atuguba & Co., as well as all Ghanaians are watching helplessly while Tsatsu Tsikata, turns himself into a moderator at the court, dictating the pace and course that the hearing should take. It's so pathetic.

Now they're finding ways to point accusing fingers. To whom should their blame be borne? I wonder how the NDC could implicate or involve the Supreme Court in any scandal?

How can the registrar at the supreme court receive boxes without a receipt from the the giver?

How can the recipient also not count the boxes and the contents before accepting them, both the Supreme Court registrar and the NDC?

The buyer be aware principle should be applied to the NDC for negligence.

The question is:

Are the NDC members so naive and gullible not to count the boxes and the contents before acceptance, or they,the NDC members are illiterate?

Are they not able to count 1+1?

The main question is:

Why should the NDC members accept a blank cheque?

Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

The NDC members and the respondents have no case. They should have counted the Pink sheets to make sure that everything is correct including the number of boxed that the NPP or the petitioners are alleging before they even beginning the cross examination.

If the NDC members are now crying foul, it is out of their negligence and negligence is not excusable before the Law.

More than 60% of Ghanians do not know where the next meal is going to come from or whether it will even come, school graduates are walking the streets looking for nonexistent jobs, our healthcare system is in shambles and hospitals have no facilities (even if there are doctors are on duty), pregnant mothers still give birth on hard cement floors, the economy is in disarray and the cedi is free falling like a lead ball, drivers have to look for roads in potholes. I can go on on on.. But can't these politicians get together and solve one problem - JUST ONE - instead of getting together to fight who won an election half a year ago? Where the hell are all these pink sheets leading us to? A better Ghana because of a more accurate count of some pieces of paper?
