Oh JJ Rawlings, My Hero, if not for you, I couldn't imagine how Ghana would have been.

I still remember the days of Kalabuley, hoarding, black markets, stealing, looting, 'fa wo tu begyi GOLF, flour etc.

And the very bad roads from where export goods reaches the ports. When those long trailer drives have to spend months on the road just transport one timber to the harbor.

I still remember those days when you only see pepper in the markets on Yuletides. And the queues to buy bread, when 'Kokontey' was dinner for the riches.

But today, Ghanaians are laughing because a certain hero, JJ Rawlings transformed Ghana with his leadership by examples which started by the grassroots working on voluntary basis on Government farms, filling the potholes, cleaning the gutters, cleaning the filthy markets all the way to organizing 'communal labour' in their neighborhoods.

In fact, Kuffuor took Ghana back to the crooks, to the Cocaine greedy-kalabuley traders. Kuffuor did a shoddy work leaving contractors worse off, enriching his few cronies and even bribed the chief justice with a piece of Government lands.

Kuffuor actually looted Ghana and his loot spilled over to building hotels in Ghana, quickly sold it when the ALARM blew.

He still travels to Switzerland in the guise of asking investors to invest in Ghana when we all know its not true. Kuffuor as we know is very ill but still can go to Switzerland to service his looted cash.

But all is not lost yet, Ghanaians should embrace themselves for a second coming of JJ Rawlings, watch this sapce.

I have been asking these question time and again, what did Gen Acheampong and Co have that he tied them to poles and shot them? Now you are scrambling for property left and right. If you claim it was as a result of 'kalabule', there is ten times 'kalabule' under this government than then. There is also lawlessness, corruption, greed, nepotism, tribalism etc. I have come to understand why people call you "inward looking." You think only of your welfare and that makes you indisputably greedy.

The Ridge Residence that became his official residence belongs to the Republic of Ghana. Rawlings should be evicted just like Jake from this state-owned property.

The time is not far off when the good people of Ghana will recover their state assets looted by both NDC and NPP! Rawlings should not watch his back - he should watch his front day and night because the stolen properties will be restored to the state at the appropriate time.

No condition is permanent and being in power does not give anyone the right to misuse such power in anything including the purchase of land. Now that you no longer wield that same amount of power, you are 'fighting' for "'your land'. Indeed!

How it is for instance, that Rawlings' gov't could constitute the Peoples'/Workers’ Defence Committees in organisations and institutions and in the workplaces (indeed, every spectrum of the Ghanaian life [PDC/WDC]); encouraging junior staff members to undermine their bosses and authority, with the so-called slogan, "insist on your rights" and yet, expect the people to be law abiding?

What Rawlings is realising now is the repercussions of his rule in Ghana.
"Enye da a wobeto ebo atwa Frao no Na enpafe besuan wo", and "nea wo dua no, eno ara na wo twa". Literally translated; “it is not the very day that one throws a stone across the Volta river that they would feel the effect” and also, one reaps what they sow". Now that his madness is over, he has the sound mind to reflect on the irreparable damage he has done to the nation Ghana. I don't think Rawlings has seen anything, yet!
