Although, it has been obvious on the face of the pink sheets that some malpractices occurred as well as cancellation of some results; he being the "boss" of EC should possess all the information about the 2012 elections to honorably admit that yes I faild to discharge me power as the E.C boss or yes I was bribed. With that assertion, the Ghanaian populace may have some sort of sympathy for you after being in jail for a while to grant you an appeal . But if you rudely ignore questions and rudely throw shabby answers out there, you are simply insulting the entire Ghanaian populace. You literally owe Ghanaians, you ought to come clean for this cross-examination. You are guilty of negligence and claiming you did not know some results were canceled yet you hastily went on to declare the results is professionally unacceptable. Ignorance of the LAW is NO excuse. You need to serve time in prison. This will deter the next EC boss to be thorough and well informed with results' authenticity before declaring it to the gracious Ghanaians.

Ahh, why do you take Ghanaians leniency to be their weakness? Ghanaians are very loving people but they need to wake up and whip this stupid fool called Afari. Even Jesus whipped the thieves who were selling "ungodly" things in the church. Had Dr. Afari Gyan answered all the Questions according to the expectations of people raining insult on him, it would have been great! But we must be realist and bear the following in mind. First, a chief executive should not be expected to be able to recall the very detail of jobs done at the lower levels in the organisational structure. We should remember it is a chain of work up to him at the top. Second, at age of 68 it should be noted that it's not easy to recall a detail accounts of a job you do not perform on daily basis. Hence, fumbling with these questions Mr Addison was asking should not be misconstrued to be not knowing his job nor lying before the court. Addison may be aware of these deficiencies as lawyer and he is likely to play mischief to create the perception that Afari Gyan is lying before he starts his substantive questions. My observation from Addison's posture at this proceedings is that he does not seek the truth to win this case. He is to a larger extent exploiting the technicalities within the court proceedings to get his way out.

Judges, Lawyers, Presidents, Presidential Candidates, NDC, NPP Republicans, Democrats, Party faithfuls,Party 'Unfaithfuls',Party Defectors, Whites, Blacks, Yellow Skins, Short, Fat, Slim, Rich,Poor Chief Executives, Africans, Asians, Americans, Koreans, Syrians,Musicians, Doctors, Kayayees, Farmers, ME, YOU etc etc -you name it. EVERY BODY including satan and the angels of God!!

The BOOKS will be opened and all our actions and in-actions will roll out in front of us as a video. Our thoughts,motives, utterances and secret deeds will be shown.

The truth will triumph over evil no matter how hard Dr. Afari Djan will try to give evidence to complement that of NDC and President Mahama. He identified the lop holes in the system and tried to exploit them for his personal benefit. But he has forgotten he was toiling with innocent Ghanaian blood. He also took advantage of the peaceful nature of the larger Ghanaian population and one could see his posturing before and during the election. What I found so fickle about his presentation during his first appearance was his explanation on 10% extra ballots which I think a JHS student will not be convinced by such explanation. 10% of 25 ballots in a booklet will be 2.5 and round it up to 3 extra making 28 ballots in a booklet and the rest will not be difficult say 50 and 100 and his definition of over voting as well as the scenario created by him on the NO BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION NO VOTE with the paramount chief so there is something mischievous about such arrangement. I pray that the Justices can see through all these. At your age you allow Mr. Asiedu Nketiah and President Mahama to lure you into such a disgraceful act.

Afari Gyan connot be serious.He is showing clear signals of robbing peter to pay paul.How on earth can he be trying to swing his answers towards the respondents in order to suit the respondents?. Does he really care about his integrity?. If i were his son i will advice him to be neutral just to retire with a good image.He has built a good reputation for himself for such a long time, why then will he destroy it within this last moment to his retirement.Please Dr. Afari Gyan Don't corner yourself because more heat shall come as the cross-examination move on.
