He told me that he got this info from a girl friend who happens to be a member of Methodist church and that the issue is well known among the top hierarchy Methodist church. I made him to understand that even I (a common teacher) will not accept 700million which cannot buy me a Land Cruiser or a three bedroom house for me. He then said perhaps the amont could be more. I then asked him to find out and tell me later. He later found that I was not interested with this cooked stories. For them anybody who do not agree with them is bribed.

The National Peace Council is an independent body of religious leaders which tries to broker peace and reconciliaton when trouble is brewing in the country.

It is not affiliated to any political party or to the government.

Hurling insults at such a body is crass and uncalled for.

We expect much better behaviour from a major political party and its supporters.

The time to act is now. Just today one Atugiba of NDC has stated that "the country cannot contain all of us if Nana Addo is declared winner by the Supreme court..." and that they will not allow Mahama to hand over. This is serious and should not be dismissed as someone's feelings.
