Be careful dealing with the UK.They intend discontinuing all financial aid to Ghana soon.
Did you discuss this with them? The Brits came to teach and grew grey hair among us . Were they High risk?
With all respect, the govement must bear in mind without good network of roads, water, electricity and sanitation there will never be progress in Ghana or the whole of Africa continent.
