The noose around his neck is getting tighter and tighter with ever lie that spews out of the mouth of the Tilapia fish-farmer.

The chief returning officer of elections in Ghana is today claiming never to have heard what 'pdf'(portable document format)means.

Lucky for Afari Djan, the NPP will teach him what pdf is all about today for free.

We shall make every NDC foolsoldier see the gargantuan stealing prowess of Afari Djan.

I think the culprits should be forgiven,they were tempted by the devil.You see the Ghanaian devil is so wicked,he has been forcing all of us to steal to build big houses,organise big funeral,weddings etc etc.Haahahaha!!!

Their officials make sure the work is done.They might chop 10% and deliver 90%-a pass mark.But in Ghana we chop 90% and deliver just 10%-that is fail.that explains why a road is constructed today and the next day a pot-hole takes over.we are a Failed State!

A story I heard some years back, gave me a clue as to how government officials are able to steal monies from gov't coffers.

The strategy starts at the district levels with Accounts and Personnel Officers inviting job seekers or ordinary people to 'replace' past workers at gov't institutions. These 'new' workers are made to assume the identities of the past workers who are already known to the Accountant-General. The 'new workers' may never work a day, but would go to the banks each month. The story ends.

It was for this that some of us were happy when we heard last year or two, that the A-G was asking all its workers to go through a biometric re-registration.

I suggest that the A-G periodically pay impromptu visits to units of departments under it in the villages and towns and meet persons who are supposed to be gov't workers.

There appear to be too many persons with questionable characters in the Mahamah Administration and these lead to the question: "Show me your friends and I'll tell you your character".
