(1)OVER-VOTING according to the PINK Sheets. All the Presiding Officers, all the Polling Agents (including the NPP Polling Agent) said there were no over-voting.They indicated this by putting their respective signatures on the Pink Sheets on all the 26,002 Polling stations scattered around the Country. You see, only Nana Akufo Addo claims that although he was not there,he believes there was over-voting!
(2)NO MACHINE VERIFICATION. Although like the over-voting issue above, all the Party Agents (again including the NPP Party Agents) said all the voters were verified by the machines, Nana Addo Again told the Supreme Court that although he was not there, he did not believe his party agents for they were only observers and that some people voted without being verified by the machines.
(3)SOME PRESIDING OFFICERS did not sign the Pink Sheets. This is true. The Electoral Commissioner has said some 3.5% of the the total 26,002 Presiding Officers forgot to sign the Pink Sheets. Remember that all the Party Agents signed. Nana Akufo Addo says that at the Polling Stations where the Presiding Officers did not sigh the Pink Sheets (even though all the 8 or so Party Agents signed) all the voters at those polling stations should have their votes cancelled!
(3) SAME SERIAL NUMBERS. Some Pink Sheets had duplicate serial numbers on them.Dr. Afari Djan has agreed and explained that the Serial numbers were generated by the Printers and as far as voting is concerned, they have no relevance. These same serial numbers were not used at the same polling stations, though. For example Pink Sheet with serial number 7777 appeared on a Pink Sheet for the Makola Polling station with code no.M234. The same serial number 777 appeared on a Pink Sheet for the Bantama Polling Station with code no.B567. According to Nana Akufo Addo, because of this 'anomaly'all the votes should be nullified and the voters disenfranchised. Note that at the Makola and Bantama Polling stations, there were different Presiding officers, different Polling Agents, including NPP Polling Agents who counted and registered the votes there.

The number of valid votes cast on the 7th and 8th December was approx 11 million.Nana Akufo Addo is telling the supreme Court to nullify about 4 million votes to enable him become President!!.The eminent Supreme Court Judges would think about it and give their verdict very soon. If you ask me what they are going to say, I beg you, I do not know for I do not want trouble. Also remember that at the Obra Spot in Accra, Nana Addo told you that, Dr Afari Djan STOLE votes for our President, Mr John Mahama i.e vote padding.He also told you that some votes were taken from his votes and given to President Mahama. Akuffo Addo was proposing a scheme that would funnel 100% taxpayer money to private high schools whose proprietors would in turn become a campaign money spigot for the NPP.
It is the same misguided premise that led NPP to launch poison pill legislation that launched the ill-structured NHIS & Single Spine Salary Scheme as they were leaving office, only for the headache of implementation to fall on the subsequent administration.
NPP did zero statistical accounting of the SUSTAINABILITY and tax receipt projections that would make those boondoggle projects viable. Or worse they knew exactly how those programs would crash and burn but they launched them anyway, took their commission cuts and hightailed it out of office, for Mills & Mahama to clean up their mess.
What were Akuffo Addo's revenue sources to bankroll the so-called free SHS? Or was he going to pay for it with his personal assets?
If free SHS is his calling in life nothing stops him as a private citizen from raising money from private donors to start it in his village or region. After all is the Gospel of privatization not supposed to be NPP's creed?
In any case most private high schools ALREADY enjoy GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE if they are organized as "government assisted high schools". And that is already a huge commitment of government resources.

The present president and his government have not denied it either. The question being asked about this so-called "free HS" is whether Ghana has the the sound economy to start and sustain it.. I believe every Ghanain knows that this program NPP was vying for is not feasible at this present time. BBC did ask Nana Addo as to how he was going to finance this particular program.. he blatantly refused to answer the British interviewer on the BBC "HARD TALK" Program, prior to the elections. Back home, Nana and his team again failed to tell Ghanains how he was going to finance this program. Nana and the NPP were just using it as a campaign tool, just to fool and entice votes, while knowing very well that it couldn't be fulfilled at the present time.
So, "VISION" is not the issue; and even if at all, NPP couldn't claim ownership of this so-called vision. Before this election petition hearing, many of us thought NPP supporters were relatively more enlightened, more educated and less gullible. But the election hearing has proved how wrong we were. One such gullible group of NPP supporters is these market women in Kumasi. I don’t think they understand what has so far happened at the SC.
Any enlightened person who has followed this election petition closely, will not fail to see that all that the petitioners were doing was to play lottery hoping to use fine legalistic technicalities to confuse the judges. This is because they produced no evidence of “systematic rigging”, and votes padding for President Mahama and votes reduction for Mr Akufo Addo. In other words, they did not dispute the numbers of vote counts for Mr Akufo Addo. All they did was: they selected about 11,000 constituencies from the strongholds of the President, out of the total 26,000 constituencies, and demanded that all the over 4 million votes there should be cancelled because of (their new definition of) overvoting, non-signature by the electoral officials, non-existent non-biometric verification and irrelevant repeated serial numbers on the pink sheets. They were silent on the rest of the constituencies – if they were serious they should have gone ahead to establish that, none of what they were referring to as irregularities occurred at the remaining constituencies.
Ghana’s election system is so transparent that it can only be won or lost at the polling stations. The only time any candidate will have a strong petition to send to the SC is when such a candidate through his/her agents made widespread protestations and received no remedy at the polling stations. Once the election results as counted at the polling stations take place peacefully without disputes, there is no ground for any candidate to stand to challenge the EC’s declaration.
The NPP’s petition is as good as DISMISSED.

If you don't have a law degree, just say so. It is easier and cheaper to produce a certified copy of degree than going to court to fight someone who say you don't have it. An email to your former school with the appropriate fees and you'd be cleared. Total cost? Less than $200.00 To be sending lawyers to court to the defend the idea is absurd which means something is terrible wrong.Cost you >$2000.00 That does not make for a presidential material.
