He is well aware that governments all over the world,especially in lesser developped countries are capable of cover-ups to hide their involvement in scandals. Transparency under such circumstances is always thrown out of the window. If Ghanaians are crying out for full disclosure of what led to President Mills' death, since its rife with suspicion, why shouldn't they do so? instead this Pratt guy wants us to take the short cut where he is so certain the cause for the death will show of natural causes. Money will always buy anyone's silence and honesty. An indepedent public enquiry would do just fine instaed of some lousy corrupted aforethought report. Mr Pratt should be banned from using public media to spread his selfish motive-riddled ideas. Clip your mouth, PRATT.

Thus hiding the circumstances of his death from the Ghanaian public is an affront on accountability and the leadership are showing gross disrespect to Ghanaians who have every right to ask for this information regarding a SITTING PRESIDENT. The Chief of Ekumfi Mmobroto in the Central Region, Nana Odi Akopa Arko whose clan mr Mills belonged to and mr Atta Mills brother Dr. Cadman Mills, are the correct people to reveal the secrete behind his death. The brother has to tell Ghanaians what the medical report says, since the family appointed he Dr. Cadman Mills to receive the postmortem report on their behalf, so the family is fully aware of what killed the late president. Second and most important report is what most Ghanaians would not want to hear; that is contacting the soul and the ancestors of Atta Mills, like how it is done in Ghana and elsewhere in Africa, to have the real course of his death. We the Ewes does it. I am sure the family did it too. the postmortem reports may he died of high Blood presure and the acestors reveal to the family, it was heart attack but this person or people poisened him or jujued him. So this problem is not the Ghana Government problem but that of the family.
Since his wife claims to be a strong christian, she may not want to identify herself with the latest. Brothers and sisters, it is our blessed culture, gift from God so don´let us forget it or condemn this believe. We may be christians, but don´t let us forget it. "SANKOFA"

Kwesi Pratt did not say people should not know what killed President John Evans Atta Mills rather said the person in the best position to say it is Dr Cadman Mills. Pratt is an intellectual and a clever man. he is not speaking by his heart but by his head and we need to understand that.

As regard the projects not being executed in Ekumfi what comes in my mind is that the late President was a genuine nationalist,a genuine unificator of the nation and not a tribalist who thinks of himself and his tribe and region first.Whether we love or hate President Atta Mills, we shall be honest enough and responsible to honor him and take even a risk to compare him with President Kwame Nkrumah in some aspects of his governance.
