Someone who fired a shot and ordered the Asafoatse of Lamgma not to move and went further to threaten him if he sees him again if he comes to the plot of land and you grant him bail!!!

Someone who fired a shot and ordered the Asafoatse of Lamgma not to move and went further to threaten him if he sees him again if he comes to the plot of land and you grant him bail!!!

Does the Judge want to see the Asafoatse of Lamgma killed before he commits him to prison custody? A similar thing happened when a Police officer arrested an armed robber who was granted bail in Accra; the robber got together a gang who went to kill the Police officer in Kumasi and later stole over 40 4-wheel drive vehicles. He was later killed in a shootout with the Police; but do we have to condone such irresponsible judges?
