As religious people and seeing how tensed our Nation is you do not go to prayers using the Holly Quran for people such as Nana and Jake who are bent to destroying the entire nation for selfish interest. We all have been praying with the Quran for president Mahama and the entire Nation and we do not need to come to public with fotos and verses of Quran to tell people what we are doing. Only losers engage in such a propaganda prayers and Allah hates such hypocrites.

You recite the Quran for Allah to do one thing or the other for you, the choice, obviously is Allah's. He gives you your request or He says No because that requested item belongs to someone else. Then from Islamic tradition, Allah will instead give you something else that at that material time will be more beneficial than putting a square peg in a round hole. Nana Addo needs something else more than becoming a president that is not meant to be. Allah works in divers ways.

God is only interested in TRUTH. Bawumea was the one and only witness in the petitioners case. But he told the Supreme Court and the whole world that he wasn't there !!!. A witness who admits he wasn't there !!. Need one go any further?. Remember "thou shall not bear false witness"? Bawumea swore on the Holy Quran to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But everything he said after that was false, because he did not witness anything. He wasn't at any of the crime scenes !!.

I could sense that the judges allowed the case to continue to the end only because justice had to be seen to be done. Otherwise, they would have thrown out the case after Bawumea stated "You and I were not there !". The NPP for some weird reason failed to put in the witness box their polling agents who were actually present at the polling stations to testify. Instead they bring in Bawumea who was in Walewale drinking pitoo and dreaming of victory. How pathetic !!!!!!

THIS IS TO RESPECTFULLY STATE IN THE FIRST INSTANCE BEFORE TACKLING THE IEA FEATURE ARTICLE PUBLISHED ABOVE THAT IT IS A LEGAL PRINCIPLE THAT "THERE SHOULD BE FINALITY TO LITIGATION", HOWEVER, THERE IS ALSO THE NEED FOR THE LITIGANTS TO BE SATISFIED WITH THE DECISION OF THE TRIAL COURT BASED UPON REASONABLE SOUND AND JUST AND FIRM "RATIO DECIDENDI" WHICH IS THE PRINCIPLES OF LAW THAT THE TRIAL COURT DECISION IS BASED.
THAT IT IS THE DUTY OF THE TRIAL COURT TO UPHOLD THE TENETS OF THE LAW AND IF THE CONTRARY UNFORTUNATELY BECOMES THE DECISION OF THE TRIAL COURT WHICH OFFENDS AGAINST A CLEAR PROVISION OF THE LAW THEN IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT IF THERE IS THE AVENUE AND PROCEDURE FOR AN APPEAL OR REVIEW THEN THERE IS NO OBVIOUS CHOICE BUT TO APPEAL OR FILE FOR A REVIEW OF THE PURPORTED "PER CURIA" DECISION.
IT IS AT THIS RELATED BACKDROP THAT I AM RESPECTFULLY WRITING THIS REJOINDER FIRST TO SERVE AS PUBLIC EDUCATION AND SECONDLY TO SET THE RECORDS STRAIGHT.
THAT IN THE INSTANT CASE CONCERNING THE PETITION THAT IS PENDING BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT OF GHANA WHICH DECISION WOULD BE RENDERED BY OUR DEAR LORD JUSTICES ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 29, 2013 THAT THE MAIN LEGAL ISSUES UNDERLYING THE CASE SHOULD BE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED AS ADDUCED IN EVIDENCE AS FACTS IN THE COURT AND FOR THE COURT TO APPLY AND TO INTERPRET THE RELEVANT APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION AND ANY OTHER LAW OR LEGAL PRINCIPLES APPLICABLE TO THE CASE BEFORE RENDERING THE DECISION OF THE COURT.
THAT FAILURE TO IDENTIFY THE CLEAR LEGAL ISSUES INVOLVED IN THE CASE AND ALSO FAILURE TO APPLY AND TO INTERPRET THE APPROPRIATE RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS OR LEGAL THEORIES TO THE CASE BEFORE RENDERING THE DECISION WOULD CLEARLY VIOLATES THOSE RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION THAT THE COURT FAILED TO TAKE JUDICIAL NOTICE OF BEFORE RENDERING THE DECISION.
THEREFORE IT WOULD BE COMPLETELY OUT OF PLACE AND A VIOLATION OF THE DECISION RENDERED IN THE CASE OF "BERNARD MORNARD VRS. ATTORNEY GENERAL AND MY OWN REVIEW APPLICATION OF THE AMICUS CURIAE BRIEF FILED BY BENONY TONY AMEKUDZI, INTERNATIONAL LAWYER/LEGAL CONSULTANT.
HOWEVER, IF THE PARTIES TO THE LITIGATION ARE SATISFIED WITH THE COURT RULING THEN THERE SHOULD BE NO NEED FOR FRIVOLOUS, MALICIOUS, VEXACIOUS AND CAPRICIOUS REVIEW JUST TO WASTE PRECIOUS TIME, COST AND ENERGY.
IT IS IN THE LIGHT OF ABOVE THAT I AM RESPECTFULLY REVISITING THE PROVISION UNDER WHICH THE PETITION ITSELF WAS BROUGHT TO COURT AS FOLLOWS:
CHAPTER 008 OF GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE 64

CLAUSE(S)(1) The validity of the election of the President may be challenged only by a citizen of Ghana who may present a petition for the purpose to the Supreme Court within twenty-one days after the declaration of the result of the election in respect of which the petition is presented.

(2) A declaration by the Supreme Court that the election of the President is not valid shall be without prejudice to anything done by the President before the declaration.

(3) The Rules of Court Committee shall, by constitutional instrument, make rules of court for the practice and procedure for petitions to the Supreme Court challenging the election of a President.."

THAT THE LEGAL ISSUE INVOLVED IN THE SUBSTANCE OF THE PETITIONERS RELIEF(S) BEING SOUGHT WHETHER OR NOT THE SUPREME COURT HAS THE CONSTITUTIONAL POWER AND AUTHORITY TO ANNUL VOTES?

(ii) WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY VESTED IN THE SUPREME COURT TO GRANT OR TO REJECT DECLARATORY JUDGEMENT CAN THE COURT ORDER CONSEQUENTIAL ORDERS FLOWING THEREON OR GRANT SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE ORDERS UNDER ARTICLE 64 CLAUSE 2.
(iii) WHETHER OR NOT A CONSTITUTIONAL INSTRUMENT CAN STAND BEFORE THE REAL PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION?

(iv) WHETHER OR NOT A SITTING PRESIDENT OF GHANA WHILE IN OFFICE CAN BE SUED OR JOINED TO A LAWSUIT AS DEFENDANT?

(v) WHETHER OR NOT A HYPOTHETICAL DOCTRAINAIRES CLERICAL ERRORS ON THE PINK SHEETS AND NEVER OCCURRED AT THE REAL POLLING STATION CAN BE TESTED IN A LAW COURT?
(vi) WHETHER OR NOT THE ELECTION OFFICIALS INTENTIONALLY, WILLFULLY AND DELIBERATELY COMMITTED THE CLERICAL ERRORS PURPORTED TO BE MADE ON THE PINK SHEETS?
(vii) WHETHER OR NOT THE PETITIONERS THEMSELVES WHEN PREPARING THE PINK SHEETS TO COMMENCE THE PETITION AT THE SUPREME COURT MADE THE SAME ERRORS OR MISTAKES ON THE PINK SHEETS HAS ANY LEGAL EFFECTS OR RAMIFICATIONS?
(viii) AND ANY OTHER LEGAL ISSUES THAT MAY OR MIGHT BE IDENTIFIED AND WITH THE PROPER INTERPRETATION OF THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND LEGAL THEORIES NOT HYPOTHETICAL WOULD HELP RESOLVE THE CASE FOR A FAIR,JUST AND FIRM DECISION TO BE RENDERED THAT MAY BE ACCEPTABLE TO ALL THE PARTIES, THE GOOD PEOPLE OF GHANA AND GHANA FRIENDS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PREAMBLE TO GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION.
IT IS THEREFORE VERY CLEAR THAT IT IS NOT ONLY ASKING FOR NO REVIEW BUT IT IS A QUESTION OF LAW THAT SHOULD BE PROPERLY AND APPROPRIATELY APPLY AND TO BE INTERPRETED ACCORDINGLY TO HELP PROMOTE PEACE AND UNITY IN DIVERSITY IN GHANA SINCE LAW IS A TOOL FOR/OF DEVELOPMENT THAT ALSO BRINGS AND PROMOTES HARMONY AND SOLIDARITY BETWEEN AND AMONG THE PEOPLE.
