SURELY, THESE DATES WERE PLANNED TO ARRIVE DURING RAMADAN, BUT LOGISTICAL CHALLENGES STALLED THE ARRIVAL, HENCE LATE RECEPTION. NEXT TIME, THE SHIPMENT TO TAKE PLACE A MONTH EARLIER.
