  the pepeni is right , the verdict whatever the case can not throw the country into war rather can only be another nail in the coffin of already dead ghana . pepeni still has time till next year at least to start thinking of solutions in new job creating opportunities that ensure the wealth of the nation stays with the people of the nation , clean up the tribal corruption against Akans , reshuffle and create an all inclusive govt and not only toilet carrying alajih pepeni but also bring in the Akans in proportion to their population , no npp power sharing but all-inclusive in terms of ethnic back ground , stop lying and being biased in favor of Chinese Indians Koreans Turkish and Lebanese but look to find partners in Ghana with Ghanians. a proper investigation and inquest into the death of mills and not this flimsy excuse of'' believe us its not necessary attitude ''. appoint people based on competence and merit and not these amateurs who can only give him loyalty at the expense of the welling of the nation . yes you idiots out there asked me what my suggestions are and here they are so you don't say i only chastise and criticize without pointing out the solutions . if he doesn't do these things war will come sooner that you expect . personally i hope he is too stupid to do the right things and the country separates so we Akans move on without you fools

  Was this same "objective" SC judges who ruled that someone occupying a government edifice can sell it to himself/herself at the end of his/her tenure? Should Mahama sell the Flagstaff house to himself at the end of his tenure and should his ministers do same? SC justices could be objective in other countries but not the political activists and bias ones in Ghana who serve the political parties that appointed them instead of the law.

How does the law fit into society and how do you apply it to the facts before you?”This is a quote from Justice VCRAC Crabbe.If the petitioners had asked themselves these questions,they might not have bothered Ghanaian with such frivolous and vexatious writ.All the petition was about was to show their strength and capability of making Ghana ungovernable as they promised and nothing else.It was all in bad faith because the whole exercise was to prove that they are not afraid of going to court.

  You don't go to court and when you are being challenged during cross examination by the lawyer for the respondent you answer 'you and I were not there' instead of providing the evidence to the court as a petitioner to substantiate your case. Dr Bawumia perhaps enjoyed his role as a clown at court than a reliable and well oriented witness of the petitioner's case. The court is not interested in opinions without valid, reliable facts. At court a PhD or whatever means nothing unless you can prove your case with substantive facts and the understanding of the legal processes and understanding and answering the questions asked. Disrespect, arrogance and impunity particularly to the bench and your opponents are the worse things to exhibit in Court' Unfortunately, Dr Bawumia was guilty of all these thus made things more difficult for lawyer Addison. The blame mentality of NPP seriously starts head on tomorrow. I feel sorry for Dr Bawumia in particular. He has been used as the sacrificial lamb. Lord have mercy.

EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD USES 9 JUDGES FOR SUPREME COURT CASES, BUT BECAUSE KUFUOR LOST THE FIRST SUPREME COURT CASE AGAINST TSATSU IN A 5-4 RULING IN FAVOR OF TSATSU, PREZ KUFUOR QUICKLY ADDED 2 NEW JUDGES TO FORM AN 11 MEMBER SUPREME COURT BENCH WHICH EVENTUALLY SUBJECTIVELY RULED AGAINST TSATSU JUST FOR KUFUOR TO SEND TSATSU TO JAIL. He and his nephew have been eating toseafe, drinking pito and chewing cola together during the entire duration of the case. How can he be objective under these circumstances?
