This tribalist and Injustice of the Supreme Court called Atuguba or whatever will have no peace till thy kingdom. Even before the judgement had been passed, he'd informed this nephew who works at the Jubilee House to inform this thief of the president that he should not worry because he was going to pass the judgement in his favor so he and his vice must wear white. This Atuguba is a disgrace to the judiciary and I wish we'll have another Rawlings to liquidate him and the non Akan panelist who ruled in his favor.

1. Increased Corruption and Bribery
2. Tribalism of the highest proportions (all major positions in Ghana are manned by "people of his tribe and kin)
3. Lawlessness
4. Biased and corrupt-driven judiciary
5. Poor utility service (electricity (Dum sor, dumsor), water, etc) delivery
6. Poor health service delivery (NHIA/NHIS is being destroyed by corrupt Mahama appointed low quality managers)
7. Established Quangos (GYEED, RLG, SADA, etc) as a means to siphon and launder money out of Ghana for his election/re-election campaigning.

Ghanaians must be proud because they are too aloof to see you steal the presidency aided by your SC judges led by Atuguba? Atuguba, in his reading of the corruptible judgement said details of the decision could be obtained from the court registry, but where is it? Tsatsu & Co are still editing the documents - oh, poor Ghanaians ! Why did JDM and his vice pre-celebrated the verdict by wearing white dresses beginning from Wednesday before that Thursday (August 29th). Were the privy to the decision? The whole judgement was a sham. It has set the pace for more riggings of future elections. Sc has helped to turn Ghana into a "One Party State". Ghanaians should forget about getting justice from SC in future electoral disputes. Atta-Mills,and the Big Six must be turning in their graves for this injustice caused to Mother Ghana. Period !

People should avoid the ICGC for that is the Devil's Headquarters on earth and his chief disciple is Mensah Otabil who masquerades as a Pastor.

THE JUDGES WERE TOO FOOLISH AND STUPID THAT IF THEY KNEW THEY WOULD NOT BE FAIR THEN THEY SHOULDN'T IN ANY WAY TELECAST THE HEARING. THE WHOLE WORLD WATCHED AND SAW WHAT HAPPENED. IT IS ONLY FOOLISH JUDGES SUCH AS THE NINE JUDGES ALONE WHO CAN DECLARE SUCH VERDICT ON SUCH A CASE.

FELLOW GHANAIANS LEARN FROM ME THAT THE JUDGES CANNOT PUBLISH THE DETAILS OF THEIR VERDICT NOW BECAUSE IT IS NOT YET READY. THEY ARE NOW PREPARING THE PRONOUNCED VERDICT TRYING TO MAKE NEW LAW TO BACK IT.
ATUGUBA WITH ALL THE MUCH EXPERIENCE HE HAS IN THE SEAT HE WAS SHIVERING ON 29/08/2013 WHEN HE WAS READING THE SIX (6) MINUTES VERDICT. IF THEY KNOW IT WAS THAT TINY VERDICT WHY DID THEY KEEP THAT LONG FOR WHAT.
JUSTICE WILLIAM ATUGUBA PROMISED 1 HOUR FOR THE DETAILS OF THE VERDICT TO BE PROVIDED BUT IT IS NOW ABOUT 78 HOURS THERE IS NO SIGN OF IT. THIS IS A BIG DISGRACED TO THE RULE OF LAW.
WHETHER WE ALL ACCEPT TO HELP THE PRESIDENT OR NOT MR JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA CAN NEVER DO ANY GOOD THING FOR GHANA. HE IS DAMN USELESS.
THE CRIES OF ALL THE ORPHANS, FATHERLESS/MOTHERLESS CHILDREN, DISABLED, PEOPLE FROM ACUTE POOR HOMES, RELIGIOUS PEOPLE(CHRISTIANS, MUSLIMS, HINDUS, BUDDHISTS ETC)WHO FIND IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET FOOD HAVE REACHED HEAVEN AND SURELY THE ANSWERS FROM THE SUPREME BEING WILL SURELY BE FULFILLED.

TO PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA, DR KOJO AFARI DJAN, ALL THE LAWYERS OF THE RESPONDENTS AND THE JUDGES WHO TOOK BRIBE IN THIS CASE I SAY AND I QUOTE ''THERE IS WAY WHICH SEEMS RIGHT UNTO A MAN BUT THE END THEREOF ARE THE WAYS OF DEATH'' UNQUOTE.

As regard the chief Daasebere Kwebu he should know that Ghana is a nation and country and as such we don't need to build the teachers' training schools in all corners. Teachers must be gathered in a national place for their common training and later on be dispatched all over in the country to perform their duties. The projects left by President John Evans Atta mills can still be implemented.

Many have alleged that this Kwaku Dua was a crook and they have been vindicated. The most difficult of the justices to bribe was Justice Baffoe Bonnie and he was the reason why the verdict delayed 3hours because he was being intensely lobbied. All who took this blood money will forever have storms in their lives, will never know peace and will have generational curses upon them. May their children, children's children not be spared. May they all die young, be fatherless, Motherless,childless,husbandless,wifeless,merciless and nothing but wickedness manifest in their lives. I curse all those from EC to SC that took money to deprive Ghana of a great leader in the person of Nana Akuffo addo. Ghana is indeed peaceful country. the peaceful aspect could be felt in all our institions but it lacks justice. Even the courts cannot ensure that justice is served in the lives of ordinarily people or political issues.
