Again the SC has made it clear by their ruling that Biometric verification is not necessary so even if the machine refuses to verify you no one should dare stop you from voting. Infact just as Prez Mahama and some Chiefs announced in the 2012 elections that people should be allowed to vote without verification and got away with it so will the parties bus people to go and vote without verification in the 2016 elections. And there will be many more dramas come 2016 elections.

That things are done right and not to fight, so why will there be war? if A gets 5 votes and B gets 10 votes which everybody attest to why will they fight? Npp are bad losers. if there were frauds at the polling stations, l dont think npp reps will stand there aloof to be cheated. there was no one person to testify that there was a fraud anywhere. Afari Gyan said elections are won at the polling stations and there4 VIGILANT is the word. So please be objective and stop throwing dust into our eyes.

I am quite surprised of the staunch stand that the NPP is staking of being robbed of another victory with the verdict to their unwarranted petition....because from what I gathered from being in Ghana throughout the 2012 election, the petition was being sought just to appease Nana Akuffo Addo who was sick and depressed on the verge of vegetation so something had to be cooked up to give him some sense of hope to live another day....this was according to Dan Botwe....who was present at the EC Collation? center....and that was why he never gave his voice to this cry of the petitioners let alone be a witness on the stand.

Essentially, NPP told an egregious lie and they are now believing in it themselves....more than others....

THEY SHOULD GIVE US A BREAK....ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

If SC were stupid and dont know basic legal laws how come he thinks John Mahama won
the case.
Everybody knows the elections were full of errors and over voting. The Judges after a good thinking all knews the were errors in the elections, but maintain John Mahama as the president not because he won the electioms but because the election commissioner said.
The cant turn the decision of the EC without thinking about the peace and economy.

The judgement has been delivered and the matter must rest there. It is unprofessional to accuse a Judge of being partisan and obstinate. It is even more undignified to charge him for exhibiting or being influenced in his ruling by a personal a personal dislike for you. That is one charge too grave. Posterity will judge the merits of the petitioner's case but for now there is no need to inflame passions.

Another load of rubbish! What do you also make of the 9-0, 9-0, 9-0 voting? Shameful petition, Not a single judge voted even 5-4 for the petitioners on any of the six counts. Simple arithmetic puts the individual judge outlook at 12/54 or 22% for the petitioners and 42/54 or 78% for the respondents - where 54 is the total score possible (9 judges X 6 issues). Can you call 12:42 or 22:78% a split decision? Voting is about practical issues. If the petitioners wanted the truth and justice, they should have just asked for a RECOUNT of all the votes nationwide. Sitting behind laptops to deduce evidence to ask for annulment of almost 4 million votes from 4 million voters, almost half of the total voter population is untenable, insensitive and very wicked of a party that claims to believe in democracy - the decision of the population. Really, the petitioners' case lack moral basis. They should have known better that their pleadings would not gel with any civilised court.

How about the fact that judgements that were supposed to be available at the registry still not being available?

What we had on Thursday was only a compromise for peace. It has nothing to do with justice! Even the judges engaged in over-voting, with Justice Baffoe-Bonney voting on both sides of the same issue, according to Atuguba.

Why do I say this? Can you imagine two boxers in a ring, same ring, and one losing the fight and blaming it on the slippery nature of the boxing ring? Assuming that it was true that the ring was slippery, were both boxers not in the same ring so that both boxers were equally impacted? Why would NPP claim victory for the same condition that impacted them during the election? Another analogy, why would a failed candidate in an examination claim pass candidates were favored by difficult questions set by the examiner? This failure can only be attributed to inadequate preparation by the failed candidate. NPPs message did not convince electorates – free education… everything was hooked unto free education. All die be die deducted marks, kill all Ewes, Gas by leading members, at all cost… and twisting of facts on discussion programmes, the candidates, yen akanfo> etc. They should stop accusing the SC judges of bias when they have not been able to produce a single evidence to prove even a single vote cast by filling complaint form. This case is a frivolous case indeed, it should have been thrown out long ago. When you listen to them you marvel, they are twisting the judgment to mean that SC has given the green light for over voting, voting without BMV, presiding officers need not sign the documents. Only seared minds could be making such deductions.

The compromise solution of a multicriteria decision making or Multi-criteria decision analysis problem that is the closest to the ideal could be determined by the VIKOR method, which provides a maximum utility of the majority, and a minimum individual regret of the opponent.[
The Three-Fifths Compromise was a compromise between Southern and Northern states reached during the Philadelphia Convention of 1787 in which three-fifths of the enumerated population of slaves would be counted for representation purposes regarding both the distribution of taxes and the apportionment of the members of the United States House of Representatives. It was proposed by delegates James Wilson and Roger Sherman.
Delegates opposed to slavery generally wished to count only the free inhabitants of each state, but delegates supportive of slavery, on the other hand, generally wanted to count slaves in their actual numbers. Since slaves could not vote, slaveholders would thus have the benefit of increased representation in the House and the Electoral College.
