As far as me, a Black man is concerned, it was the efforts of Kwame Nkrumah that delivered me and my race of people from over 400 years of the diabolical tyranny, oppression and dictatorship of the devil and his agents on earth. So now tell me why I should not call such a person a Messiah or a saviour. Perhaps as for you, you are a Chinese or an European or an Indian so you do not see what all the fuss on Kwame Nkrumah is about so let me tell you a few, just a few;

Kwame Nkrumah made the Black man a respectable human being in the world.

Kwame Nkrumah made you - and probably your father and your mother as well, educated and literate.

It is the foundation upon which he established and founded the modern state of Ghana which the devil and his agents did not allow him to complete, that has made it possible for this country to survive till today.

If some blind and illiterate Ghanaians, in spite of all the education and information available to that end, still do not or cannot understand why Nkrumah is the de facto Founder of Ghana and the Messiah of all Black African people in this world, they can go jump in the sea.

Beyond even being the Founder of Ghana, the man is also the brain behind and therefore the Founder of the (OAU) AU.

And again beyond that, he is the African of the millennium.

What human being made of God would reject such a chosen person, a blessed creation such as this to present as the mascot or the founder of their nation? What demented human being would want to defame such an outstanding personality?

Kwame Nkrumah established all the other things, the state properties, industries and institutions etc which the penny-half-penny leaders and their ramshackle political parties of today depend on to sell to make their cheap govts economically viable and which in addition, enables them to have juicy kick-backs out of such sinful deals, to put in their pockets.

Ken Ntiamoa, Perhaps your English comprehension is not good enough but KB Asante stated quite clearly that "even" in Bolgatanga, Kwame Nkrumah established a meat factory. Meaning that in those days when any place beyond Kumasi was considered as being equal to Siberia and a waste of time, Kwame Nkrumah alone found the need even at such isolated places, to establish a factory. To you such a feat may be insignificant but such schemes made it possible for Ghanaian citizens in that half of the country to have at least some means of income. It also made them feel like Ghanaians and it also made them feel the need to contribute their quota to national development.

Now I dare you to come back on this platform to come and tell us anything of any national significance that any of the totally useless leaders - with the exception of Kutu Acheampong, that 50 years after Kwame Nkrumah, have achieved for this country and which is not an Nkrumah copyright or a continuation of an Nkrumah project.

I am waiting for your reaction before I give you a proper response.

J.B DANQUAH,BUSIA,O.lAMPTEY etc had contributed,GHANA WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN WHAT IT IS TODAY.

Don't be deceived that they left anything for Ghana before they left. They left nothing - zilch!

They were so greedy - like all capitalists are that, they even took a loan from us before they left. When they paid several years later, they, in their typically evil ways, publicized it to make it seem like that money was rather a grant or some kind of assistance loan of some sort.

You should ask yourself why they would leave any money at all. Was it to pay for all the resources they had stolen for over 400 years or what? If that's the case the amount of the debt they paid would only be enough to pay for one weeks amount of mineral resources that for over 400 years, they took away without anybodys permission.

Some of you people should justify the reason you went to school by reading far and wide beyond the limited constraints of the imperialist education that we have all been brainwashed with.

As I have stated earlier, I respect Nkrumah's ambitions but those do not warrant him to become the FOUNDER of Ghana. Apart from dictatorial regimes, no one person can be a FOUNDER of a country. Was he dictatorial? Yes. Can we run away from that? No.
Can Mr. Asante also tell us of the financial situation of Ghana as at 1964? Is he not aware that Ghanaians at that time were queuing for almost everything in Ghana? Why do we import beef from Britain? Yes it is part from international trade.

If Nkrumah had used all the money and resources that went into establishing The Kwame Nkrumah Ideological Institude, the Young Pioneers, the monies he doled out to other countres etc all to satisfy his personal ambition , into consciencitizing our young nation with virtues such as patriotism ,love for country,anti corruption campaigns ,discipline hard work etc,we would have been better off. We were better of and had better potential than Malasia at our independence. Corruption has been the albatross around our neck since independence because Nkrumah's sole attention was to immortalize himself . There was and still no discipline in Ghana all because virtue was never woven into our fabric from independence.

The big man himself was strongly against widening the ethnic gap between the various ethnic groups. It was a problem for him that whilst he was fighting great odds to cement African unity between nations, these small insignificant tribes in his country were fighting amongst themselves for very trivial reasons.

Kwame himself had a lot of Twi people in his govt. A large proportion of his national support, believe it or not, came from the Ashanti region even at the time that those swine in the Danquah-Busia terrorist organization were instigating people to kill CPP supporters on the streets of Ashanti. Many of them had to flee to Accra with their families for their safety, others remained and faced the bullying cowards squarely.

Even in Accra, Obetsebi-Lampteys father and IC Quayes father were organizing people to throw bombs all over the place. Many innocent people died or were maimed in their failed effort to kill Kwame Nkrumah alone.

These are the people who want to say that they have an equal share in the founding of Ghana. It would be a shame if it were accepted wouldn't it?

To paraphrase Napoleon, the element of jealousy or envy will not stand. Every thing Prof Ocquaye has said is wrong! I noticed this "revisionism" when Kuffuor was in power and they were trying to justify putting the picture or all of the "big six" on Ghana currency. The facts are the facts, no matter what the NPP does or says. It is true that J.B. Danquah and other began the UGCC, but it is also true that Nkrumah founded Ghana. If I were a student in a political science class of Prof Ocuaye, he would probably give an "F" because I would vigorously resist this re-statement of history. The predecessor to the NPP (UP)was "bomb throwing". The UP was for "mate meho". The UP was for "independence in as soon as possible" rather than Nkrumah's "independence now". The facts are incontestable.

In fact I think that KB Asante is being too diplomatic on the issue. He should come out with the stark truth about these terrorists so that we can put an end to their unqualified attempt to embellish themselves with a portion of the history of Ghana which they don't deserve and do not merit.

They chose to play on the bad side of history and they will forever remain there on the bad side of history. It is too late for them to try and playback the story to their advantage. We who are aware of the true trend of affairs should continue to defend the truth and attack the terrorists and liars anywhere, anytime, anyplace.

May they and their cohorts sizzle and roast in the hottest and the most smelly part of hell in the afterlife.
