Ghanaians saw what happened and that assertion by the gov't spokesperson in the person of Murtala Mohammed, should be taken with a pinch of salt, re-Atuguba.
The better Ghana agenda which has been a mirage and a profusely stupid singsong is being watched keenly for it's real intentions - the looting of the state treasury by the Mahama-Amissah Arthur administration for their own personal aggrandizement.

Huge amounts of money and also FEAR, threats and intimidation can result in dubious SC judgement; sudden timid behaviour, and people "closing their eyes and mouths" !!!My opinion, is that the two judges who did not dismiss the claim were STRONGLY PRESSURED right up to the last minute, hence the almost 4hours delay before the SC judges appeared in the courtroom. Fear, threats and intimidation may have been meted out to them after refusing to offers of huge amounts of money
