What is the sense of reshuffling if Mahama does not have the men to work with? How many people in NDC have the brains to hold any position in Ghana. Those who are "somewhat" good, have been sidelined and the rats have been given the nod to lead the nation and that is why Ghana is marking time at the same spot.

One prime example is Martin Hamidu. Mahama is of the opinion that having young and clueless people in his government is good but what escaped his mind is, experience counts. Most of the president's appointees are fresh from school and little do they know about government.

No matter how many reshuffling Mahama mekes, the expectant result is the same because he does not have the men with the brains to help him govern.
