Did this fool even listen to Tsatsu's testimony when he admitted that GNPC owed SG and he had negotiated with them to reduce the price to $20 million and later 12 million but has no documents to back his assertion? Where did this moron get the 14 million figure from when even letters sent to Tsatsu by SG in 1998 talked about 18.7 million dollars plus interest?

Was J J Rawlings aware of the loan deal between Tsatsu led GNPC and a French Bank Societe Generale?

What was the loan for? Or Was Rawlings made aware of the reason to collect such large sums of money from a Foreign Bank?

Was Rawlings informed that the country's Oil Drill Ship was being used as a Guarantee or mortgage to collect a loan of $40 Million Dollars?

Was the said French Loan of $40 Million given to Tsatsu Tsikata used for the purpose for which the loan was taken?

Is there any evidence J J Rawlings can show Ghanaians about the use of this loan facility?

Did J J Rawlings ask Tsatsu Tsikata how he was going to pay the loan, and when he defaulted, ask again, how he was going to repay the loan?

Was J J Rawlings a nyebro in this matter, where he connived and colluded with Tsatsu Tsikata to defraud the French Bank of monies belonging to the bank customers?

This is the ship Tsikata said was making a lot of money for Ghana after it had been loaned for three years in Mexico and came back with further $2 million in repair cost.

I happen to be in the Oilfields here in Alberta, Canada. My little research reveals that sinking an Oil well on land (inland) costs approx. US $1 Million. It's quite different when the same is carried off-shore. That costs approx. US $100,000/day = US $ 3 Million/month. Kuffour's govt. took 6-7yrs to find the Oil. So Ghana could have lost US $216 Million if govt. was to keep the Drill Ship for 6yrs. This is what the NDC want to tell Ghanaians.

My figures are subject for review or discussion as there could some vital details that I omitted. So far, none of their "apparatchiks" have come out with any objections or challenge. If I'm wrong let them point it out; forumers will make their own judgement.

"Tiiifs" calling themselves saints sent from above. NDC are simply afraid of Nana Akufo-Addo, esp. regarding the next elections, after what he and his colleagues have done to the EC and NDC. They're shaking in their boots. There isn't going to be election fraud anymore. They've come to the end of the road!

In the first place the drill was seized and had been used as a collateral and the creditors were going to auction it anyway. At that moment Ghana government had no control over it.So how could they have waited for a non existence board before taking a decision. By the way who owns GNPC and who appoints the GNPC board? Is it not the government of Ghana. Looking at the useless questions he asked Tsatsu and all along he was just sitting down to appease the guy who has caused all these mess. If Apau wanted to know the truth it wont take him more than 72 hours to know. The so called missing $3.5million cheque----- was this cheque not issued by somebody? He can easily contact the company that issued the cheque and the account paid into it will be known, but Justice Appau is not interested in the truth. At the end of the day the truth will be known. I rest my case.
