our so called fake president and his idiotic fools continue to display to the whole world their incompetence and stupidity. he goes running around looking for investors or money when all it takes is prudent and sound macroeconomic policy implementation. we shall list a few examples so its even clear to the sick warped minded ndc agent provocateurs here. we borrow billions to procure finished products or give the juiciest parts of contracts to foreigners instead of just taking a little effort and organize our economy better. instead of building modern 100 meter fishing boats for our fishermen , manufacturing our own tractors for our farmers , mining equipment and trucks for galamsay miners and so on . we choose to import 2 thirds of our fish requirement , hand over these gold and other mineral concessions to foreigners who dont invest in our economy , deny the farmers the over half a million tractors and other agric mechanization needed because are leaders are too selfish and lazy to take the well-being of our people to heart . instead of encouraging and facilitating the return of our diaspora so they give our ailing economy the boost and capital we can surely count on , we treat them dirt and frustrate them so much that most return . they would rather have Chinese , Arab/Muslim money as there they get a kickback. they can not understand the need to unite all potentials in order to attain development , industrialization and new 21st century jobs for OUR own people , rather prefer that we import everything and keep our people in poverty as in their wicked hearts saturated and drenched with hatred of the Akans , hegemony , tribalism , favoritism and material greed. the only consolation we have is that today our people now see very clearly what these political impostors are all about and are getting more and more determined to get rid of them either by war or a revolution. all the institutions of the state have failed us including the judiciary , parliament . they have secured a privileged status for themselves and deny the majority free education although its within our reach as a 20 pesewa levy on petrol would secure the funds for this in less than 6 months so its started now and not vaguely postponed to the indefinite future . how can these fools think we should sit aside and applaud their non action ? we live in this purgatory of despair and now they want to force down our throats gay sodomizing perverse morals as their ideal . each day they continue with this jolly ride of profound stupidity they earn our deeper resentment and hate of their actions . our day will come soon , long live the republic of Akan

This is childish talk. POTAG or UTAG have no hand in the admittance of the students. It is the school which admitted them. As such if they have any cause to complain about, rather it is the school authorities that are liable. But not the teachers who are also engaged by the school. It is very unfortunate that students are taken through such ordeal. My prayer is that they should take note of such problems and try to come with solutions. Will they sue their mothers for their inability to cook if their fathers are not providing enough chop money? The problems that those teachers go through are similar to the problems that their parents go through with their employers, which may be the same government. May be NUGS can organize an essay competition among students with a topic that suggests a solution for the teacher strike. An extract of such essay could be submitted to government and the teachers for implementation.

It seems Ghanaian students for which NUGS represents is beginning to think critically, for now. Students are clients of the Lecturers and University authority; that is why when lecturers decide at whim to go on strike even over allowances, it beats my mind that students sit down unconcerned. Such silence underscore the point that our students do not think critically. Here in the US, no lecturer can take students for granted. should have a grievance with the state( in the public university) or governing Board(in the case of the a private University), they work hard often behind closed doors to resolve their differences. I always wonder what NUGS sits ideally while their lecturers go on strike at will. Ghanaians must also demand accountability from Medical doctors who out of negligence allowed people to die needlessly .

The university board should also take action against these lecturers. They should make sure that theses teachers know that any time they embark on a strike, they will not be paid and have to vacate their bungalows temporary until they return from their strike. The students must also request for a partial refund on their fees for the number of days they were not in class. Democracy is a two way street. Doctors should be made to carry liability insurance to help them pay the patients whenever they are at fault while attending to them.
It is about time everyone is held accountable for their actions.

Now it engages in media complaints about sexuality and so dumbly threatening to sue university students without any legal ground whatsoever. University and polytechnic teachers have every right as a labour force to demand better working conditions and remuneration. If NUGS was enlightened and not a bunch of backward-thinking retards, they would uphold and support this fundamental right of labour.

Patients should sue Doctors and pharmacists who go on strike. Consumers should sue ECG staff who go on strike.
Ghana is good
For real? sue your lecturers .go ahead
Right there!!
YEAH, MAN.
That's the best way to go.
Once the judges start fining them and awarding the proceeds to the offended clients (students, patients, families), we will eventually return to social optima.
The judges must make s ...

What should utan and potag do if students (nugs) are on strike? Sue them?
POTAG AND UTAG SCHOULD DEMAND JUSTICE FROME THIS CORRUPT GOVT.
This how your government understand issues settlement.pray that it doesn't happened, because you can't sue them.
It makes sense because it's these same teachers who collect school fees and other fees from the hands of these kids ostensibly to teach them but they end up leaving them stranded in their classrooms for no fault of theirs.
Exactly !. Very good.
What a bunch of idiots! NUGS used to be a respected, cultured, progressive movement. Now it engages in media complaints about sexuality and so dumbly threatening to sue university students without any legal ground whatsoever. ...

Is it possible for the patients to sue the doctors when they embark on their politically motivated strikes?

This is strange. How can a customer file a lawsuit against an employee who is absent without suing the employer? There is no contract b/n NUGS and the lectures.

I think something should be done about those strikes, but i'm not sure if this is the right way. Compromise and find a solution because they sure hurt the students in one way or the other.
What do you gain taking the POTAG of UTAG to court? I advice the NUGS takes on the government rather. Pressure on the gov't can force it to settle issues with the lecturers, and strive may be avoided to begin with.
Master Binfo think twice do you want your certificate or not?If you dare sue them you will not get any academic certificate.Pls dont try

No teacher in the USA can take students for granted as teachers do in africa. enough is enough with teachers's strikes from Nkrumah's period till today. Students pay for their studies and need fair treatments.
