In any civilised country and excuse me to use this world, this is a government that should have resigned sometime ago, parliament dissolved and re-elections conducted or somewhere along the line a political upheaval to force it out of office. But because Ghanaians are so damned tolerant these bunch of failures are still telling us they deserve to be where they are now. I can't wait to see what happens in the next general elections. Stupidity is an understatement if this government remains in power unless something miraculously changes in the lifestyles of Ghanaians which I am the last soul to believe that will be the case. So many scandals to keep the NDC in government.

What this Boateng Gyan and Asiedu Nketiah should understand is that 2016 elections is not about Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo but it is about Ghana as a nation. It is about moving Ghana forward or continue to be stagnant by living hopelessly and without any dignity, living as subhuman beings with no running water, no electricity, untold poverty, unable to pay for kids fees, insecurity, corruption and many things confronting them on daily basis. All what Ghanaians should do is to put this simple question to themselves - Are we as Ghanaians comfortable with the way things are going in Ghana or not? It is just simple. If majority feels it is okay to continue to live in a hopeless and useless life that they are in now, then they should let Mahama continue to rule this nation, but if they think otherwise, then they should elect someone other than Mahama. You don't go into a match threatening the referee. That already puts you at a disadvantage and lays the foundation for a defeat. You put the defeat behind you and forge ahead. That was the strategy adopted by Sir Alex Ferguson at Man United. He had altercations with referees alright but he went straight into training and preparing his team for the next match, no matter how painful the defeat was. Man United lost to Arsenal with one point, to Man City on goal diference, yet he won the subsequent years' competitions. NPP are brooding too much on the defeat to Mahama. Human systems are not perfect, not even church administrations and they would never be. Elections are even worse, infact they are not for the faint hearted. A very popular former Indian Prime Minister once said after losing elections "You never know how the people would vote". My advice is not to make an election a do or die affair. It would break your heart and empty your pocket.

From Owusu Poku to Owusu Nsaih to Acheampong, aba. Even an 80 year old Akyem, JB Dankwa was left as CDS to die there. The same thing happened in other services and institutions. Check PNCD/NDC. We had SS Omane, Dewornoo, Kouffie, Nanfuri, Mills Roberston, Paul Quaye and now Alhassan. That is good governance and a deliberate policy of fairness. Inthe distribution of positions NPP is found very wanting, tribalistic and vindictive. There is expertise in all tribes, the earlier the NPP recognises this, the better for it.
