It will surprise you to know that you have a lot of sisters living there and practising prostitution and as you are aware their profession demands vigorous medical attention and with capitation slashed on on Ashanti alone, they stand the chance of perishing iof they cannot assess the health insurance. Ashanti is the most populous region in the country and pilot projects are done with little numbers and not huge ones. You do not begin experimentation on health within a large population and particularly in the single most populated region in a country if the outcome of the research means anything to you. Whether it is coincidental or deliberate the methodology is clearly wrong. Of course given the political background in the country, and the utterances of the president himself and his so-called advisers, one is logically bound to think of a biased process and an outcome which seems indifferent to the government. These idiots in government have forgotten that the scholarships some of them enjoyed to reach where they are today were made possible through the unrewarding and unrecognised efforts of the maligned and sidelined so-called "Nkurasefuo" mostly akan and particularly Ashanti farmers. You want to develop the north, that is fair and fine, but you do not do that at the expense of those who had a yeoman's portion of creating that wealth. You do not cut your nose to spite your face!! Kuffour did not enjoy any popularity in the Volta region, but he was instrumental in building the Keata sea defence wall and some essential roads in that region, because those projects are in the best interest of Ghana. Politics is not a beauty contest. You have to agree to agree or disagree, but not biase decision-making through one's narcistic whims.You do not rob Peter to pay Paul and expect Peter to be happy with you. The problem with Ghanaians is, we forget too soon- we even forgot where we came from and where we are now. What is missing in Ghana is the history of this great nation, which has been reduced to animal farm. We have ignorant people in Ghana who have used tribalism to divide the country. Tribalism has always existed in Ghana, until the only visionary leader in the person of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah told the tribal chiefs that we should try to live as one people with common goal in unity and in dignity. This was during the struggle for our independence. Tribalism raised its ugly head in politics after the demise of Osagyefo. Because of selfishness, stupidity and greed, politicians in both parties play the tribal cards. The worst culprit is the NDC party;- we witnessed this backward behaviour in the last election when Ghanaians from other regions but domicile in Accra were beaten by the NDC thugs and told not vote in the costituents they live. Kofi Wayo is a hypocrite and opportunist, Kofi;- where you in the last election? Our country is divided because of tribal politics and ignorance. No country in this world can develop on the back of tribalism. Ignorant and arrogant people in Ghana politics have underdeveloped Ghana. Kofi, as a leader of political party, i believe it is incumbent on you to preach about uniting people instead of dividing them. Tribal democracy is crazy, backward and evil. The stupid so called politicians in Ghana should take a cue in what is happening in South Sudan and elsewhere in Africa. Away with this uncivilised behaviour, enough is enough-Nana Egyir Aggrey Snr citizen
