I heard this Saani guy on Newsfile today and if what he said is accurate, then he has exposed GFA. According to him, the Serbian did not come to Ghana for the purpose of being appointed as Technical Adviser. That, GFA has or will advertise the vacant Black Stars Coach position and all others interested including the Serbian will have one week to apply.

If that is true, then GFA has breached Kwasi Appiah's contract because if the Serbian come to Ghana for the purpose of the applying for the position of Coach, then GFA had decided to sack Kwasi Appiah before Kwesi Appiah contradicted GFA on the appointment of Technical Adviser. If Kwasi Appiah's contract was breached then it's no longer bidding and therefore he should refused the three months pay in lieu of notice. Instead, he should sue for breach of contract and unfair dismissal and demand two years salary plus one year loss of earnings' salary. So in all he should be paid three years salary for breach of contract and unfair dismissal.

Just the simple fact that two key players were sacked a day before a major game{Portugal} is enough to rid of any coach. Don't forget a coach's primary responsibility is to manage the players- their behavior in camp, including unity, performance,discipline. We know GBS players have the raw talent and can go toe to toe with any team in the world. All they need is a little management from any good coach. We saw that with Milo and that's why he's so happy to come back.

Akwasi Appiah (AA) has his faults but his greatest mistake is colluding with the GFA and not standing up for his players. However, I would choose him over an unrepentant, arrogant and selfish white idiot.

It was obvious that the players were against Nyantakyi and Afranie and not Akwasi Appiah. However, when AA was 'employed' by the crooks, he thought he should rather listened to them and do their bidding and instead of bonding with his best and experienced players. Great coaches always bond with their best coaches. Mourinho believes that Drogba is a 'god' at the Stamford Bridge.

Remember, our best and experienced players have been with the GFA for a long time and know how they operate. So was it any wonder that Muntari slapped one of the GFA appointed officials and NOT the coach?

Just think of any great coach that comes into mind and see how they always praise their good players and stand up for them even if they failed on the park to secure a win. They are always taking responsibility - "It was all my fault, the players played their hearts out" - that had been their first reaction and response to reporters. So why did he join the idiotic officials to make it like our failure was because of indiscipline of our best and experienced players?

As a coach, knowing that the players had not received their money and it had happened to them before, he should have talked to the players to calm them down and FOUGHT with the GFA to make sure that the players have been paid already before he sent them to BRAZIL. This was his GREATEST mistake. This is the reason why coaches in advanced countries are called MANAGERS, because you have to manage all aspects of their lives; on and off field.

The FIRST mistake however was being INDECISIVE. After we beat the Pharoahs in Kumasi, he should have begun to search for his BEST 11. By the time KPB joined us in Egypt for the return match, the BEST 11 had been selected.

The SECOND mistake was taking too long to SELECT THE SQUAD. Many Ghanaians don't know AA was the last Coach to select and submit his 23 players for the World Cup. C'mon, when you have your best 11 selected already, why should it be difficult for you to add 12 players to them. But he kept on with 30 players till the last day.

The THIRD mistake was take our friendly games too LIGHTLY. Firstly, the more you lose games in this friendly games, the more the ratings of the National team and Coach goes down. Akwasi did not know that. And more importantly, when you are playing against a team like Holland and they are using their best 11, why would you continue to do "try and error" with them. This was the time Akwasi should have sent his best 11 to see how well they could play against a top team.

The FOURTH mistake was failing to take the USA match as a 'MUST WIN' game in our group. What was his remarks after the match? Well, I wanted to 'tire' them before bringing in the experienced players to score. That was one dumb strategy from a coach. How could you "tire" an American sports player who would even play any game in subzero temps or in an extreme heat (106 degrees) in Arizona?

The FIFTH, is not knowing when to change or replace players. When you are in must win match against USA, you don't wait until almost 70th minute before replacing or change your players; especially, when you know you have your experienced players sitting on the reserve bench. And also, when you are down, why would you replaced a forward players with a defense player, knowing well that that player was even good at the mid fields?

So just think about the GREATEST mistake with the mentioned ones and see why people with no athletic or soccer skills believe that he is not a good coach. However, replacing him with a Serbian who refused to work with us when he was needed most and left the Black Stars and on top of that paying him more on his return smacks of STUPIDITY and BACKWARDNESS.

Ghanaians should rise up and fight against these idiots at the top and refuse to accept MILO's appointment. I would rather have Akwasi Appiah than to have an UNREPENTANT and ARROGANT SELFISH white man as our Coach.

And against Ghana VS Egypt in Kumasi, was it not Essien and Muntari who bossed the midfield to stop the skillfull Egyptians? Even his solo run with the ball resulted in our second goal.Despite the fact that he is aging he contributed well in the last stages of the qualifiers. It was the coach who lacked foresight and managerial skills to handle his players. In every team, there are some players who causes troubles, but a good coach handle them well. Why do you think KPB has that alteration? It was because Appiah did not manage the situation well. He has that kind of African mentality that no player should question him. KPB was not questioning his tactics and suggesting an alternative, something all player do when they feel, that tactics might not work.KPB did not have problem with Milo in 2010 and did not cause any trouble either. It was Appiah who turn against his own players and did not fight for them. He rather colluded with his criminal employers to suggest it was the players who are not good. They refused to take responbility of what happened. It is my wish that, the new coach should recall all this players back, unite them as one family to form a formidable team.

Irespective of his job performance, a signed agreement between two or more must be held to the 'wording' it based on; this is the only way we can fight CORRUPTION in our system of businesses. Our suppressive colonialists education system (based solely on someone else's 'lingo') we have in place, creates inferior complex towards other races.

It's really sad to see how we teach OUR children in their formative years by subjecting them to languages that they do not understand..............And yet, we don't seem to understand that teaching and learning does not take place at all?????

It is not only about the 'lingo'...we are also taught throughout our learning years to believe how POOR we are, whilst we are literally sitting on some of the world's richest raw materials in the others kill for.

We are taught that they are of no value till 'they' add value to it, so 'they' determine the prices 'they' will buy them...............

Therefore, we grow up believing we are POOR at everything we do, till they add value to even our thinking.

Now, my point is, our citizens grow, believing and respecting other races, other than their own.

Kwesi Appiah was never respected by his players and those who appointed him. The players never respected his instructions not because he was a bad coach......but because of the MENTAL ENSLAVEMENT of our players due to the mind process of their formative years as humans.

Here we are again, going for a coach who walked out on us with no respect to us and was even paid more than any Ghanaian coach.......who also needed a translator (who was paid more than our own), because he could not speak a word of English??????????????????????????

So, the results of our MENTAL ENSLAVEMENT is there for all open-minded serious thinking humans to see........................As a result, many of our citizens get excited when they hear other races speaking our 'lingo' and even purchase their songs sang in our local dialects.

Osagyefo, for certain, encouraged and gave indigenous personnel, even novices, a chance to develop. But he recruited great minds from all over the world. The important thing here is EXCELLENCE. Another is the putting into place the system to generate good talent. E.g. Nkrumah established Ghana Medical School, KNUST, sent many abroad to both the East and West etc. The only thing the GFA and the Sports Ministry are doing wrong is not
putting into place the process of training local coaches for the job. After 50 years of independence there should have been even a Sports University or two to train all kinds of sports trainers.

Akwasi Appiah was given a chance and did not develop to the level he should have been. His recruitment may even have been the result of the corrupt practices of Nyantakyi. His foolish ego clouded his vision. His selections based on the state of his relations with players or what ethnic language they spoke was both unprofessional and idiotic. He should have better managed his relationships with the players. Respect can only be mutual. The players are grown-ups not little boys to be subjected to the typical Ghanaian tyrannical abuse of officials in authority.

We were spending the Pounds, shillings and pence before Nkrumah introduced his Cedis and pesewas, so if you guys pay AA $50,000 or $30,000 a month, per your contract he is entitled to an exact 3 months pay so why should it be "between $100,000 and $150,000". Something is not right here. Smells like rotten fish...lol

There's been so much brouhaha involving the top brass in GFA regarding the way they handled the WC from A to Z. Its only prudent to dissolve the whole GFA and start from scratch. Ghanaian football fans have lost faith in GFA.
