  Good point ICU. You go to work on weekends while public officials and government appointees will be resting. You go to work for six days while they go for five days, you don't even holidays and when you are paid over time it is taxed and given to these people who were resting whiles you were toiling. It is a cheat of the highest order. ICU please take this course for us.

  Ignorance is a disease indeed. Public workers like doctors, nurses, police, fire service, work almost 24hrs a day for seven days. They are equally taxed and the money is used to build the schools your children attend, the roads u use, the electricity and water u use, the hospitals u attend. The point is overtime is an income gained just like the normally work. Why then will normal work be taxed and overtime given free?

  Designating someone as a casual worker for such length of time smacks of corporate irresponsibility. This is what happens when we have such a broken system. Ghanaians are not beggars. Politicians are just thinking of themselves.
