Some Ghanaians take foolishness to be a bliss. It is most unfortunate that Franklin Cudjoe and his IMANI said that John Mahama can not do the job of administering the socioeconomic life of this country. They said that that is based on their expert advice. However thy quickly told the president to call in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to come in and result our problems. When a person sees that there is a problem with something he is supposed to know how to solve that problem. But when that person said that another person should be invited to resolve the problem that he said detected, then it is better that that person stop making noises. An economist or a doctor who said that he knew about a problem should know how to solve it but not invite another person to solve the problems for him or her.

Listen to the message and not the messenger. This is what I would like to recommend to akorakyei. By inference, i presume, akorakyei may have had the privilege to have been trained at one of the most prestigious secondary schools in Ghana. IMANI, since it came to the Ghanaian scene in 2006 or thereabouts have made useful commentaries on matters of governance and the economy. It is a matter of choice for anyone to like or dislike an institution or a person. No one can take that privilege.
But the danger is that when a supposedly knowledgeable person knowingly side with the wrong, because of a personal gain, there are so many instances the world over, which have resulted in complete dis- organizations of such countries. For your sake, i will use Somalia. Persons like you pretended nothing bad was happening, so blind support was given to Said Barre and his government. This went on for several years until the inevitable happened. Somalia has not had a functioning government for close to three decades. Properties have been lost, lives destroyed and ambitions thwarted. You would want to find out about persons in Libya who propped up Gaddafi. Where is the strong man, what has happened to his country?
IMANI is doing a good job on all accounts. They may not be perfect but certainly, not useless.

If you, Cudjoe accept that Dr Whyte is not a thief and therefore will not steal, then the deal of being head of that NSS is done. Why are you crying wolf and behaving like a hypocrate.
We do not want thieves to head our institutions, but talking about experience of what one had achieved or not is not a great issue since everybody gains the so called experience after given an opportunity and intelligently proves great in that field of responsibility.
By the way who are you THAT Cudjoe, that you smell very filthy of pride and arrogancy? What have you achieved among the majority primitive low mentality Ghanaians that makes you a village minded fellow who feels he is the best among the people in the village?
You feel big because the cheap minded Ghanaians of no class of responsibilty had made you to be on top of them by heading IMANI, but understand that they are not Ghana so whenever you comment over national issues, you ought to be very careful because Ghana is not your personal property that you can handle without respect.
I leave you here with the ff words of wisdom that while you head IMANI do away with political and tribal sentiments, an evil piece that can never help Ghana to grow better. Also comment wisely with facts not political hatred. If Whyte is not thief then is ok for us period.
