Every Ghanaian, even Akua Donkor and her likes want to be president. Go and ask the masons, carpenters, barbers, driver mates etc., they all want to be presidents. They will tell you that, even Regan became the president of the US, and so shut up. So Papa Osofo, your argument of capacity building is OK, but they don't hold water in politics or democracy, it is the popularity of the politician that works.
