Our experience with the quack neo-communists is that, they seize power unjustifiably through coups and counter coups, and Ghanaians only suffer dictatorship, tyranny, corruption and economic mismanagement under them. Being in power now for six years, the NDC has failed again to improve the economy simply because their fundamentals are wrong. In fact, they don't have what it takes to salvage the sinking economy.
Under normal circumstances, political parties are formed to produce leaders democratically. But in the case of NDC, a tyrant created the party with state power and resources to legitimize his illegitimate regime and cling to power fraudulently. NDC is therefore, an artificial and illegitimate party followed by stomach politicians and sycophants.

The Takoradi Poly Students who were sacked for applying with fake certificates must be prosecuted in a court of competent jurisdiction. Just sacking them is not enough.
Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.
Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.
Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

If there are more Judgment Debt fraud to be unearthed, wouldn't we like to know about them? It is not like the Commission is handling only the few known cases it began with. It has succeeded to reveal many more of similar crimes. Now, let us see what recommendations it comes out with and how they are implemented. Somethings demand patience.
The bottom-line is we must retrieve any looted money with interest, and impose hefty penalties on the culprits to deter others. Surely, time is of the essence. But if the time spent is worth the while, we ought to let the Commission do its work. Rushing it to hasty conclusion would leave many similar crimes and the culprits intact and those criminals would always think they can beat the System, suck its blood out to live fat on, and get away with it.
I have a strong belief that Judgment Debt, as a white-color crime, in Ghana had existed long before Woyomegate popped up. The Commission seems to be set to prove that. Then, if we take the appropriate measures to curtail the practice, we will be plugging up one gigantic leakage in our State Finances.
If many worry that the already established cases are waiting too long to be prosecuted or acted upon appropriately, we may have to demand that action be taken on those cases immediately to retrieve the looted amounts, while the Commission's tenure is extended to unravel more of such crimes hidden under the blanket of time. Hopefully, there is no statute of limitation on such crimes.
