Let us hope for a proper report from a qualified engineer to clarify all doubts. It is only then, that we as Ghanaians can jubilate.

"He said survey of the plant has been completed and warning signs have been installed at vantage areas."

Are warning signs the most important issues worth mentioning here? I say 'NO'! More important is the assurance from the engineers (with proper documentation), that all necessary gadgets have been adequately installed, and no shoddy works have been done.

("Mr. Moses said safety zones would be established at the plant") I don't know when those safety zones are going to be established, and why they were not part of the original plant. It leaves me to suspect they sacrificed safety when some influential people "chopped" the money.

Now, you are free to bash, and curse me. but I hope you do that after you you find intelligent answers to my reservations

Yes, they are since we're dealing with a gas terminal here and warning signals are an extra necessity to adequately informed and assured that all is going accordingly every step of the way onto its final delivery, if not then the portion signalling could be shut-down and monitored instead of shutting the whole process down. That in fact, saves time, money and of course, boast of extra precautionary measures to the project by which all the majors have agreed to. Get it now, wise pants?

It will not surprise me if this one-week job ends up in 2 months.
Again i wont be surprise to hear that there is something wrong and has to be fixed or a part has to be ordered, on so on. Am just praying

It is said that while some districts pay high electricity tariffs others pay next to nothing. It is also said that within the same neighborhoods in the Accra/Tema Megapolis tariffs vary from house to house.
