  You are an idiot!This is the only statement that came to my mind after reading your script:Do you think a professional human relations pastor or whatever, will not know the arduous task that confronts a Mayor of 5 million residents who, mostly, lack the responsibility of self-discipline?This is the negative and apathetic reasoning that reverses positive development.Is it right for market women to dump refuse indiscriminately and refuse to take part in an executive sponsored cleaning exercise?Sit on the fence and criticize is what is engulfing Ghana in a filth syndrome!

  You are obviously an NDC person because you do not seem to have any sense of order, decency or self-respect.
  
  You have a dirty capital city like Accra which is in the throes of a vicious epidemic caused by insanitary conditions and you call somebody an idiot because he dares bring this to light? You are a two-legged quadruped who has been trained to speak and behave like a human being. What in the name of God is the matter with some of you?
  
  Granted that the people are dirty as you claim. But if he the so-called Mayor cannot manage and transform the dirty habits of the people into a more salubrious condition, it clearly means that he is incapable of handling the job he been given to do.
  
  There are over 15 million inhabitants of London, go there and see if it is anything as chaotic and as dirty as Accra is. Do you think that left to their own wiles, the people of London will also not defecate and litter all over the place? Come on, wake up!
  
  No human society will ever develop if or when we refuse to see our shortcomings and our own mistakes like you are doing. You can call it negative and apathetic reasoning or whatever but it must be said and it will continue to be said that the Mayor is inept, obtuse and incompetent. If he the Mayor was an employee of your private company you would have fired him long ago because he is not justifying the high wages youn pay him.
  
  As for these stupid clean-up exercises, my friend, forget about those exercises in futility and foolishness. It is another idiotic NDC trait that has been popularized by their zany founder and leader to fool the illiterate masses. Come and look in my area where the community engaged in clean-up exercises yesterday. All the fermenting shit, piss and rubbish that was left stagnant in the gutters for months on end, have been dug out and left on the streets, either waiting for the rains to wash them back in the gutter, or the sun to dry them up so that the wind can blow all the bacterial pathogens right inside our houses and everywhere else to give us unwanted diseases. If you are sane, what did you go to school for?
  
  As for that Archbishop of Canterbury, the leader of a church that gave its blessings to slavery and colonialism that cold-heartedly decimated millions of innocent children of God, the least said about him the better. But suffice it say that he has no moral grounds to make any kind of comment - true or false, about the Mayor of Accra, Accra and Ghana. This kind of two-faced patronizing attitude is more insulting than welcome.

Could the Archbishop request to take a random walk in some of the municipalities within AMA, and after let us listen what he wants to recommend to the boss of AMA, instead of commending him.

  Thank you Bro'. I suggest that, that Archbishop should freely take a walk around the vicinity of Jamestown (British Accra) which is not more than 500 yards from both the AMA head office and the Anglican Cathedral of Ghana.

Portal Welby should have rather advised MR. VANDERPUIJE to clean up because the dirt and smell are killing Ghanaians.

  We should not always be blaming those in authority. Leaders come out of a people. If our strikes and demonstrations are always about salary and wages and none concerning the environment we live in, what do you expect in regard to the support of the people to ensure a very high standard of cleanliness? In our communities we are not to criticize only but to come up with solutions and contribute. This process must be automatic otherwise we forever live with the problems.
