We support you fully but don't leave your own offices out of the exercise. Public hospitals are the only exception, private ones must pay!

The best way is to sell it to private company like most of development nations.if you go to Europe even their Prime Minister and the MPs pay water, electricity etc bills....because all is Private sectors who supplying the power so if you refuse to pay no more power no matter which institution u are working. The first reaction when I read this article was why should ECG wait till 652,000 before disconnection? How much is the monthly bill of Kumasi Poly? Supposing the monthly bill is 100,000 it follows that the bill is six and half months' bill. If the monthly bill is 50,000 this then is for one year and one month. The sum is this, if the bill represents over 6 months it follows that somebody in ECG is not doing his wtoor. ,

Straighten up because in Ghana Corporate Companies hides under the cloak of Government so the public fears to sue you.
Go on with your exercises, but bear in mind, the same way the public will tear you apart if you fail to deliver. What goes around comes around.

Why dont u fix prepaid meters? This is common sence. You have gone to disconect power and if they dont pay you send them to court and let innocent students surfer. Go aheard.
