The question is: doesn't parliament have its own electricity meter? Even if all those offices are loacted in the same building, it is technically easy to supply separate meters to each of them.

The VRA and EC are robbing everyone from individuals to the government. This is exactly the result of privatization introduced by the NpP government. President Mahama and NDC government must take over the supply of electricity from these private companies in order to avoid exorbitant charges by these private companies. Because they are privately owned they charge any amount they want even if they are not supplying as expected to the consumers. The government must take over the ownership whereby the government's state buildings won't be paying bills. The profit generated by the government when running it may be used to offset the bills incurred by these state buildings iunstead of private companies running for the profit to go into their hands and turn around to charge the government and households any exorbitant bills. Until the governmenttake back the ownership they will be charging and robbing government, businesses and households for their by giving non-existent exorbitant bills. They know very well that the government has a lot of money and this their way to set in also their corruption to rob our state money, because no matter what, the government would pay in order to ensure the state facilities are run smoothly.
