Please, can someone tell me? How is the best farmer determined? Acreage farmed does not necessarily mean biggest yield. Science and technology applied can make smaller farm produce more.

Say thank you to Jerry Rawlings for institutionalizing this day 30yrs ago. The man saw the need to respect and award farmers yearly for their invaluable contribution. Why is politics taking the better part of us?
