Water, energy, education, health, roads, transport, science and technology.That's what Brazil did.For now a lot of people will see these as debts but when all of them take shape, we will see agriculture and industry flourish easily and our nation prospers bountifully.By the time Prez Mahama leaves office a lot of key projects would be in place with loans, but Ghana will not 'die'. We can only become better. He is indeed a very smart president.

I gave Mahama's administration 5 out of 10; I arrive at that decision by adding the Minority's grade of 3 to the Majority's grade of 7. Added the total, which came to 10 and then I arrived at my grade of 5 by calculating the average.
That gives Mahama's government room for improvement from now until the end of 2015.
