  There is this armed robber / fraudster vying for an assembly man at DOME EAST in Accra..His name is Hadji Mustaphar Issank. He is also the cousin of Baba Jamal a member of Parliament..He has dumped people over thousands of dollars both at gun point and fake identity..He says no police can arrest him...The Ghana police should go arrest him now.. He is an armed robber and a dangerous fraudster...Ghana police please arrest that criminal before its too late..
