  I am happy to be alive to read the concluding part of this case. Woyome scandal hit the streets of Ghana live the tsunami quake. Everybody was astonished how an individual could swindle the state like that. But wait, who said the man committed any crime when the court of competent jurisdiction did not declear him guilty? The radio stations and people of interest did declear him guilty and called fo r his incalcerations and that goes with any criminality.
  Ghana is supposed to be a democratic country and the citizens deserve to have a say in their governance. Yet the Media has assumed a role unprecedented in the history of Ghana to be the next to the judicial system or something of the sort. The media has grown notoriuosly strong in harping anything out of proportion a nd even pronounce judgement before the judges even haer the case. This notoriety of the media needed to be looked at seriously. That is after creating all the confusions on important issues of state fail to play the same role to clear the air or mess they contribute to the society's instabilty or anxiety.
  This Woyome case is something verybody would think that the man deserved to be hanged or metted the highest punishment on earth for dupimg the nation of scarce resource capital. Yet the courts see it otherwise and they are right to declear the man free because the law does not duel on hear say or who say they say to commit any one to jail. The facts are necessary to commit anyone to jail not the loud noise and lies being spewed on the airwaves.
  This issue reminds me of the biblical trial of Jesus Christ when everybody at the Pontius Pillate court shouted crucify him crucify him against the facts available to the emperor to carry out a just trial of the son of man.! The same crowd jubilated hilariously when Pontius Pilate listened to their call and did what pleased them. Yet just after the condemnation and crucifiction, they larmentedthe man was not guilty after all. He was trully the son of man. Look at this !
  Today, when the whole of Ghana shouts and sings the praise of Jesus, our attitudes depicts that of the historic Jesus's people.! I believe something must be done to curb the unnecessary media crucifiction in Ghana as soon as possible otherwise we are awaiting a media diasater. Every body thinks that when you climb the higheest point and shout lies then you are right.
  There is Dumsor noise, economic hardship noise, corruption noise, demonstration noise recruitment scam noise, religious noise, relocation noise, construction noise, pension noise, and all the noises that are all nonsense.
  We need to cooperate to build Ghana a strong and resilient nation. The noises are too much.

  Absurdity of judges and councils being imprisoned because they judge a case, win it or loose it will be a novelty in jurisprudence and we want Ghanaians, especially those in opposition punishing in prisons for winning, loosing or judging on a case. Ghanaians are reasonable beings and must reason as such. It is also on records that some of the cases on which our Supreme Court judges ruled on have been overturned at the International Court of Arbitration, with some members of the NPP who claim that those judgement debts do not exist witnessing for the parties that lost the cases at our highest court. Ghanaians we are reasonable beings, which we are supposed to be, thus let us be reasonable.
