There are some of the "half-baked and sophomoric” reportage by several Ghanaian media houses, websites and blocs on the Internet. Do these media houses have EDITORS?? If so, then what the heck do they edit?

In the article's title, we've "immigrants", who may or may not come from other parts of Ghana, but the first sentence in the main article goes further to refer to these so-called immigrants as "foreigners."

Foreigners completely come from other countries and NOT from other parts of a country. When I was reading the article I was thinking that they might have come from the Ivory Coast, Togo, Burkina Faso or Nigeria.

So, Starrfmonline.com, could you please come back and clarify this confusion for us? Are they Ghanaian immigrants from other regions of Ghana or foreigners from other countries—if the latter is the case, then where is Ghana’s immigration service to handle "work and residence permits" for these foreigners?
