I'm one of the people who think Asamoah Gyan didn't rape this girl and still believe so but the way he is handling this case using foul means with the help of the police to kill this case is stupid,to set up people to get them arrested which he and his manager are doing is wrong,he should just settle with this girl who he admitted having sex with,he may succeed in the criminal side but can never win the civil case.
Arresting the girl to silence her is the last thing police should try to do,what sense does it make to arrest her?
Arresting her is intimidation to stop her from making the allegations,if she made a report and she is nowhere to follow up with the case you only don't have to prosecute the case but here is a case her lawyers are working with you so why threaten her with arrest,why you have up until today not arrested Asamoah Gyan who has been accused of rape but interested in arresting the alleged victim when the accused is alleging blackmail when the substantive case is still pending, did you close the docket on the rape case which is more serious than this so called blackmailing.
Please do the right thing and leave this girl alone,she is already traumatized carrying a baby of somebody who is using all means to deny responsibility.

She had sexual intercourse with consent with the guy and thereafter wanted to profit from it by in particular going to the police to achieve what Corney. That was to criminalise the guy and what would have been the consequence? Your guess is as good as mine.
My suggestion is that she should rather be prosecuted and sued to deter others. Why is the DOVSSU people silent on this? We copied this from the West and now the courts are taking a dim view of this phenomenon.
