This must be stopped otherwise very soon our financial system will be BLACKLISTED by the rest of the world. This makes it easy for criminals to legitimise their ill gotten gains and making it look like clean or legitimate monies. I hope someone is listening. I can assure you Nigerians/foreigners will take advantage of this to buy half of our country. How does someone who wants to run for President not know that this will lead to criminal activity and detrimental to our national interest.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS: If I am a drug dealer or if I have stolen money from anywhere in the world that I cannot put in a bank; I can put that money on this card to buy anything that I want. I can buy property with that money and then I can sell that property and take the check to a bank.

I hope someone is listening!!!
