How can we develop when we have wolves like ''ewes'' within our midst who only dole out jobs to their kinfolk in all spheres of society (education, public sector, immigration, health care, police, etc..) How can we thrive and live in a balanced and fair society when such people know nothing but to discriminate against Akans? It's unfortunate we have such people blocking the progress of our nation yet we remain silent and see it as normal. This shouldn't be tolerated any longer since it's brought nothing but underdevelopment and tribal tension.

Remember J.J. Rawlings, Kufour, Atta-Mills and Mahama administrations have worked on Ghana's electricity generation and distribution without a comprehensive plans or supplemental plans from one administration scheme to the other but can count on an ignorant voter public who seem to think some preferred administration did better; go figure. The one thing Ghanaians here at home and in the Diaspora, the educated and the not so informed have in common is sell any and all land, natUral and mineral resources for a quick loot; heck some sell housing structures for the opportunity to finance their way to lands of milk and honey in developed nations that eluded us all after the 1966 coup.

It's been 40+years since the overthrow of Nkrumah and his CPP and yet there is not a single village, town, city or metropolitan area that has a sewage treatment plant and or network of drainage systems that lead to anywhere. How's that for a reality check? What is the reality of our electricity or telecommunications problems in Ghana do we know? So please let us stop self congratulation exercises we put on so frequently where a collection of classroom educated meet to bounce off limiting ideas off each other.

There is a good reason why the constitution stipulates a 4-year term for political parties and president. Four years is more than enough for any leadership to craft a strategic plan. You do not draw a plan for five or five generations; it's a complete waste of money when leaders can not even execute their short-term plans.

Ghana's developmental problem are due to bad management. We view and treat official offices as though they were personal property to run any how. So long as the company gets it state support, then losses are acceptable.

Stealing and thievery by the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't of mind-boggling thieves and armed robbers is the bane of Ghana's national development.
Ghana has collapsed and is now HIPC because of thievery, plain thievery and nothing but dangerous thievery.
When thieves govern a country, the long term development plan becomes thievery and that as we all see has become the bane of Ghana's development.
It is nothing but thievery and that is why the John Mahama NDC gov't will be fired quickly and massively in 2016 at the ballot box.
