One must simply recognize how he resorted to personal attacks instead of focusing on the process that Asiedu Nketiah had faulted. Surely, it is Asiedu Nketiah's job to criticize what the opposing Parties are doing to wrestle power from his own. He did not insult any particular individual, or call their mental state in question, in this case.

So, if Edmund Kyei thought that Asiedu Nketiah's and George Boateng's resort to personal insults was wrong, why would he choose to attack Asiedu Nketiah in similar fashion? This is something I find difficult to fathom in our Politics. Those who claim to know better stoop lower to do worse than the others they are criticizing.

I wonder what Mr. Kyei would have said to someone else from within the NPP who might say exactly what Asiedu Nketiah said about the tour Akufo-Addo took around the Nation. Sometimes, the truth hurts, and Edmund Kyei and his clique ought to be bold enough admit it. Asiedu Nketiah alluded to what many within the NPP have also been saying--that Akufo-Addo should have devoted that tour to unify the Party.

The NPP still reels in deep division as it is shown in new and current reportage of Kwabena Agyapong having shot a protest letter to the NEC over the Party's decision to summon Afoko to appear before the Disciplinary Committee, and Afoko's rejection of Eddie Blay's role in calling for an emergency Meeting of the NEC without his prior knowledge, and the fact that some violent thugs have just torched a motorbike and vandalized a Taxi at the NPP Headquarters.

These behaviors all point at a continuing disquiet in the NPP that Akufo-Addo has failed to seriously address. If he cannot fix this chaos in NPP, how could he ever fix similar chaos in the Nation, if such arises?
