To commission is the act of committing or entrusting a person, group, etc., with supervisory power or authority. Of course, you cannot investigate the civil or public service with an authority allowing that to happen.

To sponsor is to provide funds for (a project or activity or the person carrying it out). Or to introduce. and supports a proposal for legislation. Amidu is not claiming this!
Get the difference and don't let the media mislead you.

He gets paid by the taxpayer but not from the account of his daddy who failed to instill discipline in him. This idiot always has the audacity to talk down on us and bit the fingers that feeds him. He should get out of government payroll, set up his own business, enjoy the fruit of his labour and can talk all the shot he want and nobody would give a damn. This is not how a presidential a controversial "criminal" past should behave.
