After the undemocratic nomination and fictitious endorsement, he slept in bed with the EC and Atugubah to steal the verdict of Ghanaians and become president fraudulently.

Unfortunately, the Orwellian, undemocratic and one candidate contests used to be seen in the erstwhile Soviet Union has been forced on the NDC party again. After pushing out Mr. George Boateng violently and tagging him with insanity for daring to contest the slot with Mahama, the biggest patapaa has now been declared a candidate elect unopposed. The truth is, Mr. Mahama is undemocratic communist relic doing everything to cling to power, and I believe Ghanaians would not allow him to rig the elections again as he did in 2012.

Kudos, Justice Atuguba for being one of our cleanest judges at a time such as this!

I even heard from the grapevine that one Accra-based popular northern lawyer once sent a goat to Justice Atuguba as a Christmas present but Justice Atuguba rejected it and the said lawyer was surprised so he foolishly stated that "Justice Atuguba paaa, what law does he know? Judges who know better law have been receiving my Christmas presents in the form of goats and sheep". But the question is this: are such gifts not corruptible influences by such lawyers in order to secure undue favour over other lawyers when they appear before these judges? So was Justice Atuguba not right to refuse to be subjected to such influences? Yet these hypocrites are the very loud-mouthed guys behind the Ghana Bar Association and other questionable nation wrecking activities. It is a shame!!!

For example, Atuguba was not the sole decider of NPP's election petition of 2012. He had only one vote out of nine votes which could decide that case. So if he was biased in favour of Mahama on the grounds of his northern connection, can we accuse the other judges in the majority of the same thing? And who says that when it is about bribing judges to take a decision, only NDC is capable of doing so? Can't it equally be argued that the NPP also bribed those judges who decided in favour of the petitioners so as to avoid a humiliating defeat in the Supreme Court in order to ensure that Akufo Addo will have a good reason to stand again in the 2016 elections? In any case, where in this world have elections been won in the court room and not at the ballot box? Please think deeply before you allow yourself to be fooled by any silly propoganda.

Therefore, I cannot join the band wagon to accept the silly idea that Atuguba is the one to blame for NPP's loss of their election petition of 2012.
