  If there`s nothing Happening now. You can`t slove the Problems now. You asking us to drawing a ghost plan? No thanks! you know better,now is the time,think through.

  Its impossible to plan 40 years in advance in the sort of volatile environment we have now. The days of 40 year plans are long gone. The country should simply focus on managing properly. The problem is we have no clue how to manage what we have on a daily basis I dare say. Spending money to put pictures of past leaders on buses when school kids are using blocks for tables shows our sense of priority today. How on earth can you plan into the future, 40 years?

  Focus for what? Ghana is fail state and I am sure Ghanaians living out side the country, no one is coming to live.

  The NPP never believes in the 40 year development plan for the nation.They just want the nation to be always depending on foreign governments and companies.
