It is no brainier for a responsible government to enforce it's country's laws. Unfortunately. that is not so in Ghana because its leadership is just simply dumb. No responsible and caring leader would foolishly permit foreigners to come and reside in his/her country and to trample on its country's laws and cause the destruction of properties of the natives without any consequence or any retribution whatsoever from the leadership of the country. Even though, I am not advocating for any kind of violence, however, I think the land owners of Krobo should not wait and expect Mahama administration and the Police to intervene because they are not prepared to decisively act on the unfolding situation, instead, they should take the law into their own hands to protect their properties from destruction by the recalcitrant Fulani invaders.

Their pastoral transmigrant culture has taken a hit with the increasing drought caused by climate change.

In my opinion, the government must take a decision, and an urgent one on the Fulani herdsmen and cattle rearing in the country. Common sense must prevail on the matter, and I suggest the Agric Ministry must pass a law which confines the rearing of cattle in an enclosure, a farm. Sorry to say this but most of the countries are so busy with only issues that will "PUMP" money into their pockets to the extent that they can't think wisely and matters that are of great concern to the people. "STUPIDITY" has engulfed most of the country's administrators.

Look, if you wait for the government to take action, the Fulanis will push you away from your land. Go the Kintampo way and start shooting the cattle. The government will never come to your help so, act in anyway possible.

Fulani nomadic herders are pushing into the territories of farmers in the forest zones of Ghana - Afram plains, Agogo & now Krobo areas. Our government has to make an effort to stop the Fulani pastoralists in their tracks.

Fulani nomadic herders are pushing into the territories of farmers in the forest zones of Ghana - Afram plains, Agogo & now Krobo areas. Our government has to make an effort to stop the Fulani pastoralists in their tracks.

I attribute the rise of Boko Haram to the clash of herders & farmers over the increasing drying of the Sahelian zone.

The Fulani herdsmen are "water insecurity", hence their movement to green pastures of our forest zones, searching for fodder & water for their cattle. They will continue coming if our government doesn't take decisive action.
